1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering into this competition you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. These Terms & Conditions apply to the "Strictly Ballroom the Musical" competition conducted by NSW Trains, trading as NSW TrainLink of 470 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000, ABN 50 325 560 455.

Only residents of Australia who have completed the "Strictly Ballroom the Musical" entry form are eligible to enter. To enter, entrants must visit
www.nswtrainlink.info and follow the links to the "Strictly Ballroom the Musical" and complete the form. Only one entry per person will be accepted by NSW TrainLink. Only properly completed entries will be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted by NSW TrainLink for late, incomplete or wrong entries, or for any technological or technical problems of any kind, whatever the cause, whether caused by NSW TrainLink or any other party. Employees and / or families of NSW TrainLink, Sydney Trains and TfNSW divisions, including Sydney Ferries, Sydney State Busses and the Roads and Maritime Services are not eligible to enter the ”Strictly Ballroom the Musical” competition. Employees and / or families of Pond Life are also ineligible to enter the “Strictly Ballroom the Musical” competition.
4. Entries may only be submitted within the competition period, which commences at 12am AEDT on Monday 8 September 2014 and ends at 5pm AEDT on Friday 19 September 2014. NSW TrainLink may end the competition period early or extend the competition period at its discretion. The winner will be selected on Monday 22 September 2014 at Level 1, Central Station, Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be notified by phone.
5. The winning entry will receive a prize of return First Class travel for a family of four on NSW TrainLink services to Central Station (2 adults and 2 children under 18), overnight accommodation in an executive studio apartment at the Mantra Hotel, 2 Bond St Sydney and Premium tickets to Strictly Ballroom at 8pm on 3 October 2014. The prize is valued at up to $2105.12 (GST inclusive). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes do not include transfers or any spending money.
6. The winner has 24 hours in which to claim the prize. Should the winner's contact details be incorrect (thus making the winner unreachable) or should the winner not claim the prize within 24 hours or should the prize be forfeited for any reason, a subsequent winner will be chosen. The new winner will be selected on 24 September 2014.
7. NSW TrainLink excludes all liability that can legally be excluded by it in respect of any loss or damage of whatever kind suffered by any entrant or any other party as a result of this competition.
8. To the extent of the law, NSW TrainLink has the absolute discretion to amend these Terms and Conditions, delete or introduce new Terms and Conditions to ensure the compliant and effective running of this competition. NSW TrainLink will, in its sole discretion, determine all questions or issues whatsoever (including without limitation, any matters of ambiguity, doubt, judgement or interpretation) that may arise in respect of this competition. NSW TrainLink's decision will be final.
9. NSW TrainLink may terminate this competition at any time without cause or providing notice of reasons and can do so without liability.
10. NSW TrainLink may use participants details to contact them via email for future promotions and information regarding NSW TrainLink. NSW TrainLink will not sell or give participants personal details to any third party.
