Micador pARTy Competition Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the Micador pARTy Promotion (“The Promotion”), all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), so please read these Terms carefully.
2. The Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Micador Group and anyone professionally associated with The Promotion.
3. The Promotion commencement date is 15th of September, 2014 at 12:01AM AEST. The Promotion closing date is 12th of October, 2014 at 11.59PM AEST.
4. To enter, participants must subscribe to Micador email communications by submitting the form on The Promotion entry page accessed via
www.facebook.com/micador, and completing all required fields. One additional entry will be granted for each new subscriber that an entrant refers using the unique URL provided to them at the time of entry. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link on all Micador email communications.
5. Only one entry will be permitted per email address. No purchase is required to enter. Existing Micador email subscribers are welcome to enter the promotion and refer new subscribers for additional entries.
6. There will be a total of twenty (20) Prize winners. 5 Prize winners will be drawn each week at random throughout the Promotion period, by a Micador representative using random.org. The draws will take place at Micador Group Offices in Dandenong South, Victoria as follows:

7. The Prize for The Promotion includes 20 x Micador pARTy Packs, including product from the Micador pARTy range, each catering for 20 children. Each pARTy Pack is valued at AU$109.00 including GST, the total prize pool is valued at AUD$2180.00. The Prize does not include any catering, venue, hosting, or other costs. All products are subject to availability, no rainchecks will be available. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the Prize. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Micador Group is not responsible for The Prize once it has been despatched to the winner.?
8. The Prize winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of each draw date, and their name and state will be published on The Promotion page at
www.facebook.com/Micador and at
www.micador.com.au. The prize winners will be required to provide delivery details and select their preferred pARTy Pack colour and theme. Any unclaimed prizes after a period of three (3) months following the prize draw, will be redrawn at random by a Micador representative using random.org, at Micador Group Offices in Dandenong South, Victoria on the 5th January, 2015 at 10:00AM AEDT.
9. The Prize winner may be required to take part in some promotional activity as a condition of receiving the prize e.g. publicity photos. If you are required to take part in such promotional activity, you agree that we may (but are not obliged to) use your images and/or any footage in which you appear in our promotional campaigns, which may include press and magazine advertising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, transport advertising (such as buses), social media advertising (such as Facebook and Twitter), in-centre advertising (such as floor graphics and banners), leaflets and flyers and on our website. You will not be entitled to receive payment for any such use by us of your image or footage in which you appear.
10. The decision of Micador Group is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. All personal information other than that contained in your entry will be used by us solely in connection with the Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the Competition and fulfilling prizes where applicable. We may use the names of entrants for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to Micador Group via email at

12. We reserve the right to disqualify entries and refuse to award prizes to anyone in breach of these Terms.
13. We reserve the right to: (i) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value; (ii) in exceptional circumstances, and with the permission of relevant regulatory authorities vary, amend or cancel this promotion at any time on reasonable notice, including varying the closing date for the promotion; (iii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry to the promotion if they are in breach of these Terms; and (iv) amend these Terms with the permission of relevant regulatory authorities, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to notify such changes to entrants and potential entrants. Other than for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury arising from our negligence, we exclude, to the full extent permitted by law, all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense you may incur, whether direct or indirect and however caused, in connection with this promotion or the prizes.
14. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Micador Group, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Micador Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
15. Micador Group accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assume no liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to entries and/or the entries being lost or deleted whether or not arising during operation or transmission as the result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control (to the fullest extent permitted by law).
16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
