Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of NSW who are 18 years and over and who are current full financial members of Panthers Group. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter the promotion members must
(a) Purchase Jim Beam Black or White Label product for (1) entry or Jim Beam Devil’s Cut or Jim Beam Honey or Jim Beam Black Cherry for (2) entries during the Promotional Period, swipe their membership card at time of purchase to receive an entry ticket and place this ticket into the entry barrel. Limited to one entry per person, per day.
4. The promotion commences at 11:00am on 08/09/2014 and closes at 8:00pm on 16/10/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
5. A prize draw will take place at 8:15pm on 16/10/2014 at Penrith Panthers, Mulgoa Road, Penrith NSW 2750.
6. The winners does not need to be present on the evening of the event to claim their prize. The winners will be contacted via phone or email within 2 days of the draw and announced on our Facebook page.
7. The first (1st) valid entry drawn will receive the major prize.
8. The major prize consists of a ‘Day of Extremes’ including a Rally Driving experience for 4 adults including 16 instructed driving laps in a choice of two rally cars followed by extreme instructor hot lap experience, Aerobatics Flights for 4 adults, and private vehicle with driver for transfers to and from activities including pick up and return from a single location (e.g. winner’s residence) as organised through The Golden Carrot Prize Management Agency.
9. The major prize is valued at $5000.
10. The second (2nd) valid entry drawn will receive a $1000 Eftpos Gift Card and third (3rd) valid entry drawn will receive the runners up prize of a $500 Eftpos Gift Card (each). Panthers will pass the winners details onto Fuel Creative Agency who will post the vouchers out to the winners.
11. The Panthers Marketing Team will pass on the major prize winner’s contact details onto the Golden Carrot Prize Management Agency who claim full responsibility for prize design, winner management and prize fulfilment.
The major prize must be booked within 2 months of the draw date and taken within 12 months subject to availability – this is the sole responsibility of the prize winner, not Panthers or Golden Carrot. Panthers and Golden Carrot hold no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the winner and their guest/s as a result of taking the prize.
11. The Day of Extremes major prize winning participants must agree to maintain a 0% blood alcohol level for the Day of Extremes activities on the conditions of the Golden Carrot Prize Management Agency. If a participant is found to be intoxicated they will be removed from the activity and forfeit their turn.
12. The Day of Extremes events are sensitive to inclement weather. A weather call will be made 24 hours prior to the day of activities by the Golden Carrot Prize Management Agency. Cancellations due to weather and other reasons with 24 hours of the activity by the major prize winning participants will be deemed a forfeited event.
9. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
10. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
12. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the Code of Practice for the Responsible Service of Alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
13. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
14. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organizations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
