Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. The promotion is open to Penrith Home Club Members who renew or join Panthers Group on or after 1 September 2014 and completed the membership survey. A visiting member from another Panthers Group club may opt in to the promotion by becoming a Penrith Home Club member and completing the membership survey.
3. This promotion is also open to permanent and life members of The Panthers Group who complete the membership survey.
4. Social members, Directors and Employees of The Club and Tutti Frutti Contractors and related companies are excluded from entering this promotion. Entrants acknowledge that the Club is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to eligible entrants who are in violation of this provision.
5. On completion of the membership survey an entry ticket for this draw will be generated which must be placed into the marked barrel.
6. The promotion commences at 9am on 1st September 2014 and closes at 6pm on 31st October 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
7. The entry ticket barrel for the ‘Win An Audi Q3’ promotion will close at 6:30pm on 31st October 2014.
8. A prize draw will take place at the 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Mega $20,000 Membership Draw on 31st October 2014 at Penrith Panthers, Mulgoa Road, Penrith, NSW 2750 and announced over the public address system and televised on our club plasmas around the venue.
9. It is the responsibility of members to be in an area of the Penrith Panthers premises where they can hear draw announcements.
10. Any renewed member with a valid entry ticket who is drawn out of the barrel has 4 minutes to present themselves along with their 2015 membership card and photo identification to the prize draw location in the EVAN Theatre.
11. We will continue drawing out entry tickets until we find a total of 10 renewed members to participate in the ‘Win an Audi Q3’ promotion at Panthers.
12. Only tickets generated from completing the membership survey since September 1, 2014 will be considered valid.
13. Once a ticket has been drawn from the barrel it cannot be put back into the barrel.
14. The ‘Win an Audi Q3’ promotion must conclude no later than 11:59pm on the 31st October 2014.
15. The 10 renewed members who are drawn on the night will be invited to select a numbered suitcase (1 to 10) which has enclosed a key.
16. In numerical order starting at 1, members will be individually invited to attempt to open the Audi car.
17. The member who has the key which opens the door of the car will win the car. The remaining members will be given a small consolation prize to congratulate them on making the final round.
18. Insurance and transfer costs are not included. The winner must make arrangements to collect the vehicle from the venue.
19. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
20. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
23. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
