Terms & Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents who are over 18 years of age, and purchase any Elmore Oil, Ocean Essentials or Life Space branded product at participating Discount Drug Store and complete the online entry form during the promotion period available at:
www.mylifespace.com.au/promo All online entries will be downloaded and placed in a manual draw. Entry is limited to 1 entry per qualifying purchase.
3. Promotion commences 1st September, 2014 and closes at 11.59.00pm AEDST on 31st October, 2014.
4. The draw will take place on the 17/11/2014 at 3.00pm at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, 3207. The winner will be notified by phone and mail, their name will be published in The Australian on 24/11/2014. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The first valid entry drawn will win a Flight Centre Voucher valued at $10,000 and $8,000 cash. Flight Centre voucher is subject to it’s own terms and conditions. Total prize pool is $18,000 GST inclusive.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winning, individual financial advice should be sought.
7. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies and agencies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. The promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and the Flight Centre Voucher cannot be taken as cash.
10. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or invoice (as applicable) for the Participating Product purchase as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a Prize. Purchase receipt/invoice must clearly show that a Participating Product was purchased during the Promotional Period and the retailer’s details.
11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any misdirected or lost entries or entries not received by the closing date.
12. In the event of the prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfil the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities and Regulation 10 of the Art Unions and public amusements Regulations 1992 (QLD) conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw is 25/2/2015. Time and place as the first draw. The winners name will be published in The Australian on 4/3/2015 and notified in writing.
13. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be entered into the Evolution Health and Discount Drug stores databases unless stated otherwise by participants. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant’ personal information may be disclosed to state and Territory lottery departments and the winner’s name published as required under the relevant lottery Legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
