Promotion period
The promotion runs for ten weeks and commences at 9.01am AEDT on Monday 29 September 2014 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 7th December 2014.

Eligibility
Entry is open to any Australian residents aged 18 years or older (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
Entry
To enter the following steps must be followed:

Insert a word (or several words) to fill in the blank in the sentence “Using Domain to find my perfect home is a….. move” in the provided field and click ‘Submit’
Enter your first name, last name and email address.
You then need to press ‘Submit’.
A confirmation email will be sent to you following a successful entry.
One entry per person each week, a person cannot use more than one email address to enter the competition.
As a condition of entry, all entrants are automatically signed up to receive the weekly Domain newsletter. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email.
Prize winner
To decide a winner each promotion week there will be a judge or panel of judges selected by the Promoter who will pick the most creative and interesting answer to the question “Using Domain to find my perfect home is a ………….. move”. If there are two entries the same the winner will be the one the judge or judges viewed first. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. One person can win more than once.
Each prize winner will be selected at the below date for the specific promotion:

Notification of winners:Winners for the each mobile device prize will be notified by email. If their email address is incorrect or not their own the prize will be revoked. For any reason the prize is not available as advised, the prize or an alternative of equal or more value will be provided as soon as possible. The Promoter’s decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will have 6 days to respond to this email from the time the email is sent to claim their prize. If they fail to respond to the email the prize will go into a second chance competition which will be run on the final competition period (promotion week 10) on the 5 December 2014. The winners of this competition will have 6 days to respond to the email. If there is no response there will be another competition (the following Friday at 11:59 AM). This will be repeated until a winner responds.
The winners full name will be published on the promoters Facebook page within 2 weeks of the end of the competition. In entering the competition the entrant gives permission for the promoter to use their name for promotional reasons.
An entry and any copyright subsisting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter collects personal information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the promotion and, where appropriate, award the prize. If the personal information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible. By entering this promotion, Entrants agree to the Promoter and/or the Prize Sponsor using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for any matter connected to or incidental to this promotion.
As a condition of entering this promotion, each Entrant consents, in the event they are the winner, to the Promoter and/or the Prize Sponsor using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter and/or the Prize Sponsor.
Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Contact details entered incorrectly via the Application by an Entrant will deem an Entry invalid.
Costs associated with accessing the Domain Page, Domain Website, and/or Application remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service provider used.Total prize pool is $15,000. This is made up of 10X(Smart phone hand sets). The winner is able to choose any phone handset valued up to $1,500. This is for 1 handset only, no additional extras. All the prizes do not come with any call plan. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prize will not be delivered until the end of the promotion. This would be 2 weeks after the final prize has been redeemed. (A prize is redeemed when the winner has made contact with the promoter).
