Promotions Terms & Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry.
2.
Entry is open to Australian residents who are over 18 years of age and complete the online
entry coupon at www.rivertoreef.com.au. All online entries will be downloaded and placed in a
manual draw. Entry is limited 1 entry per person.
3. Promotion commences 21st September, 2014 and closes at 5.00pm AEDST on the 1st
December, 2014.
4. The draw will take place on the 2nd December, 2014 at 12 noon at River to Reef, 1404 / 576
StKilda Road Melbourne, VIC, 3001. The winner will be notified by Phone and Email, their
name will be published in The Australian on the 4th December, 2014. The judges' decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The first valid entry drawn for each individual prize will win. The prize pool consists of 2 x
Super Mini Booster’s, a Smart LCD television and 1 x ipad. Total prize pool is valued at
$2,000.00 GST inclusive.
The prize will be delivered via courier to your door.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize
winning, individual financial advice should be sought.
7. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies & agencies
involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. The promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or
sustained in connection with the prize offered.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any misdirected or lost entries or entries not
received by the closing date.
11. In the event of the prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry
will be deemed not to fulfill the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant
state authorities and Regulation 10 of the Art Unions and public amusements Regulations 1992
(QLD) conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize
draw is 16/3/2015. Time and place as the first draw. The winners name will be published in The
Australian on 23/3/2015 and notified in writing.
12. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be entered into the River to Reef
database unless stated otherwise by participants. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise
advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information, or disclose it to
other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant’ personal
information may be disclosed to state and Territory lottery departments and the winner’s name
published as required under the relevant lottery Legislation. A request to access, update or correct
any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
