Promotional Period
1. Cronulla Sutherland League Club “Car” promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 10am on Tuesday September 2, 2014 and ends Tuesday December 2, 2014 after the major draw at 7.30pm.
Entry Requirements
2. Entry is open to all financial members of Cronulla League Club.
3. Members can enter by swiping their membership cards at the kiosk during the promotional period. Members are entitled to one entry per member per day (24 hour period – midnight to midnight)
4. Members are entitled to bonus entries for each $5 spent on food and beverage (cash or points).
5. Entries will be automatically placed in the barrel via a ticket spitter prior to the draw of each promotion.
6. The barrel will be emptied after the last major draw at the end of each month.
Draws & Prizes
7. The major draws take place at 6.30pm, 7.00pm, 7.30pm and 8.00pm every Tuesday and Saturday evening between the 2nd of September and 2nd of December.
8. There will be 4 prizes ;
i. One finalist for each of the major draws.
ii. One $100 cash prize
iii. One prize of $100 Sharks points
iv. One $50 Bay Bistro voucher
Members must be present at the Club to claim the prize and have four (4) minutes to do so.
9. After 4 minutes if the member has not claimed their prize then a redraw with take place every 4 minutes until all prizes are claimed.
10. An extra 10 keys will be drawn on the 2nd December which will mean that there will be a total of 37 keys, finalists.
11. One key will open the car, the major prize, a Holden Captiva to the value of $30,990.
12. The 36 runners up at each draw will each receive $100 in Sharks points.
13. Over the period of the promotion a total of 37 keys will be won for the Holden Captiva. Members are permitted win multiple numbers of these keys.
14. Total guaranteed prize pool is $41,090.
General
15. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
16. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
17. Cronulla League Club reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are any changes to the law which would render the promotion or any prizes offered under the promotion unlawful.
18. Decisions of Cronulla League Club management are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. Cronulla League Club Directors, Management and staff members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
20. Participation in the Promotion by a patron confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the Club’s Rules and By-Laws in force from time to time.
21. Should a prize winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, that selected prize winner consents to having his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable promotion requested by Cronulla League Club.
22. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
23. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
24. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the promotion.
25. The Promotion is authorised under NSW Permit No. LTPS/14/06782
