To submit one valid entry into the Promotion entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a) WATCH: Watch the first broadcast of Recipe to Riches on Network Ten currently scheduled to air each Tuesday at 7.30pm local time in each state, from 21 October – 9 December 2014, and watch/listen for the announcement of the weekly promotional code word during each hour of broadcast (including the episode and its commercial advertising breaks). There are a total of 8 weekly promotional code words and a new promotional code word will feature in each week’s Recipe to Riches episode. A promotional code word will continue to be valid until the next promotional code word is announced in the next episode of Recipe to Riches or until the Promotion closes (on Sunday 14 December, 2014 at 23:55PM (AEDT)), whichever occurs first.
If for any reason during the Competition Period any Recipe to Riches episodes do not go to air, the promotional code word is not displayed during any Recipe to Riches episode, or any Recipe to Riches episode is rescheduled, the promotional code word will be made available on the Recipe to Riches Facebook page at

Every product purchased will entitle the entrant to one (1) entry into the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may purchase multiple products on one (1) receipt, and will be able to submit the

Purchases must be made during the Competition Period.
c) REGISTER: Register to become a member of TENPlay via the TEN website at tenplay.com.au, tenplay.com.au/shoppingforriches, tenplay.com.au/recipestoriches, or any of TEN’s affiliated websites, which requires entrants to register details including (but not limited to) name, address, phone number, email address and interest. It is free to become a member, however, the cost of accessing the promotional website is dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. These Terms apply in conjunction with the TEN Members rules.
d) ENTER: Once entrants are TENPlay members, they will be able to enter the Promotion via TEN’s website at tenplay.com.au or any of TEN’s affiliated websites. Entrants may also access the Promotion via:
www.woolworths.com.au/recipetoriches. Entrants will be required to enter the promotional code word and unique Woolworths Receipt number to enter the Promotion.
3.3 Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like, however only one prize per person will be awarded.
3.4 Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry form.
3.5 Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to
notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed
to the Promoter.
3.6 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are
providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of this competition.
4. DRAW DETAILS
4.1 Each entrant who has entered the Promotion during the Competition Period and has complied with the requirements in clauses 2 and 3 and these Terms will be entered into the prize draw.
4.2 This Promotion is a game of chance and the results will be drawn at random as per these Terms. Prize winners must satisfy the entry criteria as set out in clauses 2 and 3 and otherwise comply with these Terms.
4.3 The prize draw will take place at 10:00AM AEDT on Wednesday 17 December, 2014 at Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
4.4 The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry is received online via the Promoter’s database.
4.5 Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms will not be considered valid and will not be included in the prize draw. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4.6 Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
4.7 The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any lost, late or misdirected
entries.
4.8 The prize winners must, on request by the Promoter, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable
satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the prize winner is an eligible entrant and has complied
with these Terms.
4.9 Without limiting the generality of clause 4.8 above:
a) Entrants must retain a copy of their original Woolworths Receipt containing the number used in the winning entry (a copy or a scan will not be accepted) for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to request the proof of purchase to verify the relevant Woolworths Receipt number and the items purchased from Woolworths Limited or Woolworths Online and confirm eligibility as per these Terms.
b) The Promoter reserves the right to request that prize winners provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the prize winner will forfeit the prize in whole
opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
f) the broadcast of any program relating to the Promotion or the publication of any material, including statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
g) participation in the prize; and/or
h) any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the entrant or otherwise.
7.2 Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize thereof.
7.3 If for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any written directions given under State Legislation.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoters’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8. PRIVACY CONSENT
8.1To provide you with this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about you. If you do not provide the information requested, the Promoter may not be able to provide you with the Promotion entry.
Each entrant agrees that subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Promoter or its agents may do the following:
a) transfer an entrant’s personal information confidentially to other organisations that provide services in relation to this Promotion;
b) disclose an entrant’s personal information to Woolworths Limited or other third party service providers for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion;
c) disclose an entrant’s personal information to State and Territory lottery departments;
d) publish the prize winners’ names as required under applicable law;
e) use the prize winners’ personal information and photo in any media for publicity purposes associated with the Promotion without any further payment or other compensation.
Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to the Promoter.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by
