The Drayton family history in the Hunter dates back to 1853 when Joseph first put his boots on the rich soil. In the late 1850s he made a momentous decision and planted vines, turning away from grain.
Six generations and 150 odd years later, Drayton's is proud to be one of the Hunter's prioneering families and one of few companies still family owned and operated.
The ranges of wine provide something for everyone, each portraying its own Hunter style.The Oakey Creek range is best enjoyed now whilst the Hunter Valley range can be sipped on now or put away for a few years. The Vineyard Reserve is true to Pokolbin and the Limited Reserve from the best of the best years. The New Generation range based on two great varieties but then with a twist.

Over two hours you'll taste and learn more about wines from Drayton's, around Australia and overseas plus enjoy a barrel tasting with winemaker Edgar Vales. Wine prize is one of six mixed cases wine from Drayton's Family Wines (RRP $240 ea plus delivery). We regret this prize can only be sent around Australia as wine cannot be delivered overseas.
Tasting prize is one of four places at a Luxury Fortified Masterclass, held on the first Saturday of each month (valued at A$50). Prize can be redeemed at any Masterclass, subject to availability at time of booking.
