BASIC GUIDELINES
The Promotion will run from Monday 29th September 2014 until approx. 8.30pm Saturday 28th November 2014. Tickets for the Promotion will be given free with every $10.00 or more spent at the Bugler Bistro, Galley Café, Duncan Chapman Bar, Casino Bar or Bottle shop. In the gaming room every manual payout over $50.00 will receive a ticket. And all new members and renewing members shall receive 5 BONUS entries in the Promotion. Entry tickets will NOT be given out with any KENO or TAB Bets.
Draws will be held at the times shown below with the final draws taking place on Saturday 28th November 2014 from 6.00pm. At each of the draw nights 5 (five) entries will be drawn from the promotion barrel for $2000 Cash, if the winner is not present in the club (1 minute to claim) the prize will be held over until the next Draw Night. On the final draw night all $2000.00 draws will be done until they are claimed. Winners must be present to claim the prize (1 minute to claim prize).
At each drawn night the winner will be given the opportunity to nominate a Local Charity (from list provided) and the Maryborough RSL Club will donate $2000 on their behalf.

Each lucky winner of the $2000.00 Cash Draw will get the opportunity to nominate a Local Charity for the RSL Club to donate $2,000.00 to. (See list attached)
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CLUB PROMOTION
v All Maryborough RSL Staff, Board Members and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the “Maryborough RSL’s $60,000 Community Chest” Promotion. E.g. Immediate Family is: Someone’s spouse/partner, parents, children, brothers and sisters, mother in law and father in law. Adopted, half, and step members are also included in immediate family.
v All persons that enter this draw must be over eighteen years of age.
v With every manual payout of $50.00 or more, Poker Machine players will receive a free entry ticket into the draw.
v For every $10.00 or more spent at the Bugler Bistro, Galley Café, Duncan Chapman Bar, Casino Bar or Bottle shop customers will receive one free entry ticket into the draw. E.g. If a customer’s bill comes to $35.75 they will receive 1 free entry tickets.
v No entry tickets will be given with KENO or TAB bets.
v Prize winner must be present at the time of the draw to be eligible to claim their prize. ID Required.
v All prize winners will have one minute to claim the $2000.00 Cash prize or it will jackpot to the following month’s draws.
v On the final draw night, Saturday 28th November 2014, entries will be drawn from the barrel until a winner is present to claim each of the Cash Draws including all unclaimed Cash prizes from previous month’s draw.
v Prize winners must be able to produce identification to claim the prize.
v All winning tickets will be returned to the barrel after each draw. Tickets may be placed in the barrel up until the final draw!
v Judges will be announced on the evening.
v The judges’ decision is final.
v Major Draw Dates are Saturday 18th October 2014, Saturday 7th November 2014 & Saturday 28th November 2014 at 6.00pm, 6.30pm, 7.00pm, 7.30pm, 8.00pm & 8.30pm if there are unclaimed cash prizes from the previous month.
v Each winner of the $2000.00 cash draw will have the opportunity to nominate a local charity for the RSL to donate $2000.00 to. (See attached list of Charities)
v There will be no notification in any media of the prize winner as people must be present at the draw to claim any prize.
v Once the prize has been claimed it becomes the responsibility of the winner. The winner assumes all responsibility and liability and will have no claim against the RSLA (Queensland Branch) Maryborough Sub Branch Inc. for any damages, theft, loss, faults, negligence or problems whatsoever that may occur.
v When placing an entry into the barrel, the contestant agrees that they have read and understand all the rules associated with this promotion either in part or in total. Also entrants will have no recourse against the RSLA (Queensland Branch) Maryborough Sub Branch Inc. for any misunderstanding of these rules and regulations either in part or whole. Furthermore they also realise that they can be disqualified for any breach of these rules without argument or recourse whether having read the rules or not.
