ENTRY INTO THE COMPETITION
1. Entry into the Loverosie.com.au’s “PANDORA/LoveRosie” competition (the “Competition”) is open to all residents of Australia. The Promoter is STUDIOCANAL Australia Pty Limited (ABN: 64 096 774 015) of Level 50, 680 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”). Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter, the agencies associated with this Competition, PANDORA Bauer Media and their related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition begins at 5pm (AEST) on Tuesday 21st October 2014 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Thursday 6th November 2014 (the “Competition Period”).
4. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:
(a) Go to www.loverosie.com.au (b) Click on the competition link
(c) Complete the online entry form; and
(d) Answer the question “Describe in 25 words or less a favourite moment you've
had with a friend.” (the “Competition Question”).
5. To be eligible for entry, entrants must be residents of Australia and all entries must include the entrant’s name, address, postcode, phone number (including area code), and email address. All entries must be original and must not incorporate material which has been previously published. Incomplete entries or those which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes (but is not limited to) any objectionable content, profanity or is potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory will be ineligible to win the Prize. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoter if his/her residential address, email address or phone number changes during the Competition Period.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted during the Competition Period. In the sole discretion of the Promoter, if the Promoter reasonably believes that an entrant has infringed the intellectual property rights of any third party, that entrant will be disqualified without notice.

“Major Prize”)
b) Each Runner-Up Prize is valued at $38 and consists of the following: i. 1 double movie pass to the film “Love, Rosie”, valued at $38
(the “Runner-Up Prize/s”).
8. The Major Prize and the Runner Up Prizes are together referred to as the “Prizes”.
9. The total maximum Prize pool value is $925 (1 x Major Prize at $545 and 10 x Runner Up Prizes valued at $38 each). The Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing date and date the Prize is claimed. All Prize values are in Australian dollars.
10. The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prizes or any element of the Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prize/s. The contents of the Prizes will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Prizes (including any tickets or passes) are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the entities’ supplying the Prizes.
11. Only one Prize per household will be awarded.
JUDGING AND AWARD OF PRIZE
12. The Competition will be judged on the basis of creativity at STUDIOCANAL Australia Pty Limited at Level 50, 680 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on Friday 7th November 2014 at 10.00am (AEST). Chance plays no part in the selection of the Prize winners. The Prize winners will be notified via email on Monday 10th November 2014 and their names published on www.loverosie.com.au from Monday 10th November 2014. The Prizes will be posted within 7 working days of Monday 10th November 2014.
GENERAL
13. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter with proof of identity, residency, age and/or proof of entry validity if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the Promoter’s authorised agent. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, which Prize winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
14. By entering the Competition, each entrant warrants that their entry is their own original work, and that they own all rights, including copyright in their entry. Each entrant indemnifies the Promoter in the event that this warranty is false.
15.The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel or vary the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prizes for any
reason beyond its control.
16. In the event that the Promoter cancels or varies the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not:
a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
17. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter’s database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted on the relevant dates.
18. A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
20. Entrants are advised that their personal information will only be used for the purpose of administering prizes or for other purposes contemplated in these terms and conditions, unless otherwise advised by the entry form.
