Terms and Conditions
1 Promotion Summary
The Cup Club Competition to commence 24/10/2014 and finish 01/11/2014 (“Entry Period”).
1.2 Entry is open to all people aged 18 and over. Employees (including former employees employed within the last 3 years) and their immediate families of the Promoters (including related companies) and their agencies and other companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
1.3 Limited one entry per person per week.
2 Promotion Entry Details
2.1 To enter, listeners simply go to
www.sen.com.au/win and fill out competition form, Name, D.O.B, email address, phone number.
2.2.1 Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Entry Period. Entries received after
01/11/2014 will not be valid.
2.2.2 On the afternoon of 02/11/2014 the major draw will take place at the SEN 1116 offices 473 Swan Street, Richmond. There will be one winning entry. The draw will take place between 12:00pm and 4.00pm.
2.5 All prizes need to be redeemed by 3/11/2014. If a winner does not claim the prize within a reasonable period of time, the Promoter may withdraw the prize un-awarded.
2.6 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
3 Promotion Prize Details

All companions of the winners being awarded must be aged 18 years or over. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals or drinks other than those specified above, transfers and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
3.2 The winner must provide 3 forms of formal identification such as: passport, drivers licence, Medicare card or similar upon collection of their prize.
3.3 Each winner must take the prize in the format that it is presented – it cannot be changed.
3.4 Prize package is not transferable, non-redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as offered. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoters may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
3.5 In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner of a prize does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
4 Promotion General Terms
4.1 By entering this competition you are agreeing to receive other electronic correspondence from the competition/third party sponsor. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time should you not wish to receive it.
4.2 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party prize suppliers. All contestants release from, and indemnify the Promoters against all liability, cost, loss, expense, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) arising out of accepting and/or using the prize or participation in the competition including but not limited to loss of income or personal injury, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4.3 All winners may be required by RADIO SEN in its absolute discretion to:
i) Participate in promotional activities for the benefit of SEN 1116
ii) That he or she will not, without prior written consent of RADIO SEN (which may be withheld at its absolute discretion) participates in any other media activities or promotions for the purpose of or which involve discussion, commenting on, expressing a view regarding the competition.
iii) In promotional activities the winner will refrain from expressing a negative or disparate view of SEN 1116 and its operations and related bodies.
iv) The winner acknowledges and agrees that RADIO SEN have the right to all materials generated in connection with the promotion and can use the material in any medium and in any manner it sees fit.
v) SEN 1116 will also hold the copyright to any photographs taken for publicity purposes and can use these photos in any promotional material for the time period of five years.
4.4 Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge of RADIO SEN and their businesses and personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
4.5 All winners will be notified by phone and email by 02/11/2014.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Use of false name or address, ie name by which the entrant is not usually known will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
4.7 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
4.8 Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Further, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry is assigned to the Promoters without the payment of any further fee or compensation. The entrant agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoters to give effect to this arrangement as a precondition to being awarded their prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in their entry.
4.9 Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
4.10 All correspondence regarding prizes must be in writing to the Promotions Department at RADIO SEN. All correspondence will be answered within a three week period.
