The photo that receives the most likes voted by Instagram followers for the week wins the weekly prize. Little Veggie Patch Co will judge the best photo posted throughout the duration of the competition and one lucky entrant will win a fully installed seasonal raised veggie patch, PLUS a personalised tutorial.

Terms and Conditions
1.Prizes
a) Weekly Prizes
Every week Instagram followers can vote for their favourite photo by ‘liking’ a photo. The entrant whose photo has received the most ‘likes’ as voted by Instagram users and captures the weekly theme, at the end of each week will win a weekly prize up to the value of $50. There will be 12 prizes to be won, one each week of the competition. (For the purposes of the weekly prize, the week covers the immediately preceding Monday from 0.9.00 through to Sunday 19.00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) (each a “Weekly Period”)). Entries will be considered for the Weekly Period during which they are received. The prizes will be sourced by City West Water or supplied via our Alliance Partner, Savewater. The weekly prize will be promoted on the Greening the West Instagram page @greeningthewest during the duration of the competition.
b) Major Prize
The Major Prize is a fully prepared seasonal recycled crate from The Little Veggie Patch Co valued at $495 and a personalised Little Veggie Patch Co workshop.
2. Who and how to enter
a. To be in with a chance to win a themed weekly prize, Australian residents can enter by following the @greeningthewest Instagram page, sharing their photo entry on their personal Instragram page and entering hash tags #mygardensnap, #greeningthewest in the caption of the photo during the competition period.
b. Australian residents who do not have an Instagram account can create one for free at healthyurbanhabitat.com.au/sustainable-garden-competitions and by following the appropriate link to download the free Instagram application.
c. Customers can submit a photo as many times as they like but are only eligible to win the weekly prize once throughout the competition period.
3. Eligibility
a. To submit an eligible entry, users’ images on their Instagram account must be set to public. Private users’ photos are not visible on search and can therefore not be selected as winners.
b.To be eligible for the weekly prizes you must be an Australian resident and submit a photo during the weekly entry period that depicts a green space during the competition period. The photo must reflect the weekly theme of the weekly period which the photo is entered. The photo can be a place, a landscape or a photo of you in your garden or green space.
c. To be eligible for the major prize, photos uploaded @greeningthewest must be taken in the City West Water service area and you must be a City West Water customer. Check where the City West Water service area covers here.
d. To qualify for the weekly prize and major prize, you must have an Instagram account, be a follower of @greeningthewest and include the hash tags #mygardensnap and #greeningthewest with the corresponding theme no later than Sunday 4 January 2015 19:00 AEST.
e. CWW staff cannot participate in the competition but friends, family and suppliers are eligible to enter.
4. Competition dates
The Competition begins on 09:00am (AEST) Monday 13 October 2014 and ends at 19:00 AEST Sunday 4 January 2015.
5. Judging process
Weekly prize winner
a. The weekly prize winner will be determined by the photo that receives the most likes for the specified weekly theme. For purposes of the weekly prize, the week covers the immediately preceding Monday through to Sunday (each a “Weekly Period”).
Major prize winner
b. The judging process will take place in January 2015. City West Water’s Community Programs staff will shortlist all photo entries received during the competition period down to ten. Shortlisted photos will be judged based on quality and the corresponding theme. From the ten shortlisted photos, The Little Veggie Patch Co will determine the major prize winner.
6. Unclaimed prizes
a. If any weekly prizes remain unclaimed by the end of each fortnight, the weekly prize will default to a Runner Up and they will be notified by email, phone, or in writing.
b. If the major prize remains unclaimed by the end of January 2015, The Little Veggie Patch Co will determine a Runner Up and the major prize will default to that Runner Up. The Runner Up will be notified by email, phone or in writing.
c. If reasonable endeavours by CWW to locate the unclaimed prize winners produce no result, CWW reserves the right not to award the prizes.
7. Notification
a. The prize winners will be notified by email, telephone or in writing.
b. The weekly winners’ details will be published on the @greeningthewest Instagram page and Savewater’s Facebook Page.
c. The major prize winner will be published on the @greeningthewest Instagram page, City West Water website and Healthy Urban Habitat website.
8. Information collected
a. Information collected for entry to the Competition is for the use of CWW.
b. CWW may require proof of an entrant’s identity or proof of residency, as applicable.
c. CWW has the right to publish entrants’ details and repost entrants photos after the Competition has ended.
d. The winners agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Competition.
e. By entering the competition, you accept that CWW will use your personal information and that such use, including on CWW’s intranet, Healthy Urban Habitat website and corporate website, will be without payment for royalties or attribution to you. You warrant that your entry will not breach third party rights (including copyright or moral rights). You indemnify CWW for all liabilities due to a breach of these Rules
9. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
a. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
b. Participation in the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
10. The Prize
a. CWW accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
b. CWW reserves the right to substitute the prizes with different prizes if the prizes for some reason are unavailable. Such prizes may be subject to gaming approval.
c. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
d. Prizes are not transferable.
e. Winners must take the prizes as offered.
f. Conditions of use may apply.
The Promoter

b. CWW, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for incorrect information, technical errors, fraud, theft, destruction or unauthorised use, access or alteration of information or property due to your entry.
c. You indemnify CWW against all loss or damage (arising directly or indirectly) incurred by you or to your property or any third party due to the Program or any award.
d. CWW accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or incorrectly submitted booking.
e. CWW reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions at any time.
f. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, CWW may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
g. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
