PRIZE ELIGIBILITY

1. Entry is free for all trade promotions by Markit including the 'Subscribers Hamper Prize', 'RSVP Prize', 'Visitor Survey Prize', and Facebook and Instagram 'Giveaways' and the 'Mystery Prize'.

2. As a condition of entry, WINNERS MUST COLLECT THEIR PRIZE IN PERSON from Fed Square, Melbourne (unless specified in 'Prize Terms and Conditions'). Please do not enter if you cannot collect your prize.

3. The 'Subscribers Hamper Prize' can be entered by subscribing to receive the Markit newsletter at: www.markitfedsquare.com.au/hamper.html.

4. The 'RSVP Prize' can be entered by clicking 'Join' for our 2014 Facebook event on the Markit@FedSquare Facebook page: www.facebook.com/MARKitDesignersMarket/events.

5. The 'Visitor Survey Prize' can be entered by filling in our short survey at the Markit information desk on Sunday 23 November at Federation Square, Melbourne.

6. Facebook and Instagram 'Giveaways' and 'Mystery Prize' can be entered by all who visit or follow 'Markit@FedSquare' on Facebook and 'markitfedsquare' on Instagram.

7. Markit employees, immediate family members, retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.   

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prizes will be drawn at the Markit office in Footscray, Melbourne at 5pm (AEST) and announced within 24hrs of being drawn (unless specified below).

2. All prizes must be collected from Markit at Federation Square, Melbourne on Sunday 23 November, 2014.

3. The 'Subscribers Hamper Prize' will be drawn on Thursday 20 November, 2014. The winner will be notified by e-mail and must respond within 48hrs to claim their prize. The winner's name will be posted in public on Facebook on Saturday 22 November, 2014

4. The 'RSVP Prize' will be drawn on Friday 21 November, 2014. The winner will be notified via private message and posted in public on Facebook on Saturday 22 November, 2014.

5. The 'Survey Prize' will be drawn after the event on Sunday 23 November, 2014. The winner will be notified via email and posted in public on Facebook on Monday 24 November, 2014. The 'Survey Prize' will be sent to the winner via Australia Post registered mail or can be collected from the Markit office in Footscray, Melbourne at an agreed time after the event.

6. Facebook and Instagram 'Giveaways' and the 'Mystery Prize' will be drawn within a maximum of 7 days after the giveaway has been posted on Facebook or Instagram. Winners will be notified via private message and posted in public on Facebook and Instagram the day after it is drawn.

7. Participating and entering in Markit 'Giveaways' and the 'Mystery Prize' are considered a complete release of Facebook and Instagram by each entrant or participant. Markit 'Giveaways' and the 'Mystery Prize' are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any information disclosed by a prize participant is to Markit only.

8. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

9. Prizes not collected as specified will be reused or redistributed at the discretion of Markit.

10. If for any reason beyond Markit's control the agreed prize is not available a product of equal or greater value will be provided.

11. Proof of Identity must be presented when collecting prizes.

12. Winners agree to have their name posted on Markit's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or main web page upon making a submission.

13. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all of these terms and conditions.

14. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
