Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open only to Suzuki Marine customers who purchase any Suzuki Outboard Engine during the sale period that reside in Australia or New Zealand, who are over the age of 18 years.
Entry into the competition is only available through the purchase of a Suzuki Outboard Engine at participating Suzuki Marine Dealers.
Employees of The Haines Group and other related companies associated with this promotion (including their staff and immediate family) are not eligible to enter this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or first cousin.
The Haines Group reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by The Haines Group to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, The Haines Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Entries open from 01 October, 2014 and close 17:00 on 31st December 2014. All times displayed in AEDT. The draw will take place at The Haines Group, 140 Viking Drive, Wacol QLD 4076 on 15/01/2015 at 10:00am. Prior to the draw entries will be validated to ensure all entries have met all terms and conditions. A Haines Group employee (selected voluntary) will reach into the competition barrel and a ticket will randomly be selected. A redraw will take place if the prize in not claimed by 16/01/2015. All times refer to the Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
The closing date for entries is the last day of December 2014. The draw will be held on Wednesday 15/01/2015 from 10am and Announced from Wednesday 15/01/15 on
www.suzukimarine.com.au/news-and-events/news. The winner will also be contacted via phone and mail.
The Haines Groups decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win an Ocean Class Twin Cabin upon the 2015 Kimberley Snapshot Cruise (Subject to availability) supplied by North Star Cruises Australia. The prize includes transfers, flights and accommodation up to the value of (AUD)$25,190 / (NZD) $27,590. Subject to availability.
The prize includes all meals and normal cruise inclusions. Cruise activities, services or goods that are subject to additional charges are specifically NOT included in this prize.
