One lucky 2AY listener will be given the chance to have one of their bucket list items ticked off. The 2AY Bucket List is full of exciting items and over 7 weeks, listeners can register below for their chance to be a bucket list finalist.
Each weekday morning "Sandra and Macca for Breakfast" will draw a finalist out with their chosen bucket list item. Once an item has been crossed off the list, It's off the list!
The major draw will take place on Saturday, December 6th at 9.50am at 2AY.. Where 1 of the 35 finalists will win their nominated bucket list item.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will
be referred to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents. Under 18s must have a
parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However employees and relatives of ACE
Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes, parents, siblings,
grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of
employees.
Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their
relatives are ineligible to enter. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents,
spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY:
Over the above entry period, people will be encouraged to visit
www.2ay.com.auand fill out the common online entry form for the “Bucket List” Promotion.
Entry is open 24hrs a day throughout the duration of the promotion, Sunday 19th
of October 2014 to Friday 5th of December 2014. Entry is free.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s
database not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the
Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory,
defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one
name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the
Promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the
entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any
information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
From Monday 20th of October 2014 a competition call will be made each weekday
Monday to Friday from the pool of online entries. Each caller will be put on-air on
2AY and given the option of going into the draw for the Bucket List item they have
selected on the website or changing the item for another prize on the 2AY website
(please see items listed).
We will be drawing one entry from pool per day during the competition period. We
will have a total of 35 entries.
Once the entrant has selected an option, this option is binding and cannot be
reversed and is not available to any other entrants.
After the final competition call, all entrants who selected the prizes will be place into
the final draw to be held on Saturday 6th December 2014 at 9.45am.
3. GRAND DRAW
The prize draw will be held on Saturday 6th of December 2014 at 9.45am at the
2AY Studios - 559 HUME ST ALBURY NSW 2640. One name will be drawn at
random from the pool of 35 entries and that person will be deemed the winner of
the prize they n from the nominated during their Bucket List competition call.
4. PROXYS
If a daily winner does not provide a proxy ACE Radio representative will provide the
proxy. A written letter of authority will be required from any person that chooses to
nominate a proxy. In the case that a person who has been nominated as a proxy is
the winner, the winner will be deemed to be the original winning recipient.
5. TOTAL PRIZE VALUES
Dependent on item selected by winning entry (please see attached list).
Value will not exceed - $17,000.00
6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
If an entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries or an entry on behalf of
someone not present, the entries will be disqualified and all entries made by such
person(s) on that day will be deemed invalid.
The prize will only be given to the winner on supply of adequate identification to an
ACE Radio staff member.
The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter
into correspondence regarding the competition result.
Winners must be over the age of 18 or in the case they are under this age – they
must have a parent or guardian present at the draw who will act as a proxy – both
the proxy and the minor must show ID at the time of the draw. If they should win,
the prize will be automatically awarded to the parent or guardian acting as the
proxy. No further correspondence will be entered into.
All entrants agree and give permission for ACE Radio Broadcasters to use their
pictures, audio or moving video in any way deemed suitable in relation to the
promotion of winning the Bucket List prize. All entrants give ACE Radio
Broadcasters permission to also advertise that they have won the major prize and
the details of the prize that they have won – including costs.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the
responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior
to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
