Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Terms and Competitions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is open to only residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over except employees of the Promoter and, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
Promotion commences at 00:01am AEDST on 1st August 2014 and closes 30th November 2014 at 23:59pm AEDST (“Promotional Period”).
Eligible entrants must purchase Harmony Menopause or Harmony Menopause Max product from pharmacy and health food stores, Australia and New Zealand Nationally during the promotional period
Proof of purchase must be recorded as the Harmony Menopause and Harmony Menopause Max barcode in the entry form
The major draw will be on 1st December 2014 at the Promoter’s premises; Martin and Pleasance, 7 Rocklea Drive, Port Melbourne, Victoria, 3207 at 10:00am. Winners will be notified on or before the 5th December 2014. The winner will be notified by both email and/or telephone.
This is a game of skill.
One (1) entry for every purchase of Harmony Menopause and Harmony Menopause Max and answer of mandatory question during the promotional period.
The first 10 valid entries drawn will each win a $500 shopping vouchers to selected department stores Australia and New Zealand wide

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. A redraw will take place on 18th of December 2014, at Martin and Pleasance, 7 Rocklea Drive, Port Melbourne, Victoria, 3207 at 10:00am. The winner will be notified by both email and/or in writing.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner signs any legal documentation (including but not limited to legal release) provided to them by the Promoter. Form of documentation will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by the law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, subject to approval from the state regulatory bodies.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the prizes. And/or (g) participation in the promotion.
All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote.
