T&Cs: Innoxa Relax and Enjoy Staying In competition (13/11/14 - 27/11/14)1. Information on how to enter andprizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotionis deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are registered as 'liking' the official Innoxa and The Goodnight Society fan pages on Facebook during the time of the Promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter andits agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right toverify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers withthe entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with theseConditions of Entry.

Multiple entries per person are permitted as long as each Entry Question response is significantly different.5. No responsibility accepted for late,lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences 4:00PM AEST 13/11/2014.
Entries close 11:59PM AEST 27/11/2014. 7. The prizes will be sent to the winnersat the delivery address sent by the winners in a private message to the InnoxaFacebook page. Please allow for up to 35 working days for receipt of your prize.
8. The Promoter is not responsible forany prizes that are lost during in transit or after delivery by Australia Post,associated couriers or any other parties. The Promoter recommends that entrantsenter a mailing address that is known to be secure. The Promoter is notresponsible for any prizes unable to be sent to the winner if the address givento Innoxa via a private message on Facebook is incorrect.
9. The judging will be conducted at 147High St, Preston VIC 3072 on the day after the competition closes and winnerswill be notified via email or mobile. Judges' decision is final and nocorrespondence will be entered into.

To enter, participants must 'like'the official Innoxa and The Goodnight Society fan page on Facebook, and write acomment on the competition post with their creative response to the followingEntry Question: "Tell us how you enjoy a night at home." (EntryQuestion). Any entry not written as a comment on the competition wall post publishedby Innoxa (e.g. separate wall comments, private messages) with creativeresponse to the Entry Question will be deemed invalid.

There are three (3) winners intotal. The winners will receive one (1) Innoxa, The Goodnight Society andSensationail prize pack valued at $204.94AUD RRP inc. GST. Each pack contains one (1) Innoxa Love Your Hands HandCream Pack $14.95 AUD RRP, one (1) The Goodnight Society gift voucher, $100 AUDRRP and one (1) Sensationail Starter Kit in Raspberry Wine, $89.99 AUD RRP.
12. Total prize pool value is $614.82 AUD RRP inc. GST. Promoter accepts noresponsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unusedportion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken ascash.

The Promoter may review furtherentries, at the same place as the original judging is held, as are necessaryon 05/12/2014, in order todistribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject however to any writtendirections given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).The Promoter will announce the winner via the Innoxa Facebook page. The winnermust contact Innoxa via a private Facebook message within 7 business days toredeem their prize.
14. In the event that a prize, or anelement of a prize, is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right tosubstitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retailvalue and/ or specification subject to any written directions from the variouslottery Departments.
15. If for any reason this competitionis not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infectionby computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technicalfailures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corruptsor affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct ofthis competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion todisqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject toany written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel,terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
16. The Promoter is not responsible forany problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software,technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, orany combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage toparticipants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting fromparticipation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
17. Any costs associated with accessingthe Innoxa fan page on Facebook is the entrant’s responsibility and isdependent on the Internet service provider used.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable forany loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited toindirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered orsustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any ofthe prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. In the event of war, terrorism,state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel,terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directionsfrom the various lottery Departments.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable forany merchandise that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with inany way.
21. All entries are deemed to bereceived at the time of shown as being posted via Facebook and not at the timeof transmission by the entrant.
22. The Promoter collects the winner’spersonal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the informationrequested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Byentering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees thatthe Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional,marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment orother compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronicmessages. Any and all Content provided by you inconnection with the Innoxa competition must be true and accurate. You must notmisrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity. Youacknowledge that Innoxa may monitor the Innoxa fan page on Facebook and takeany action with respect to your Content as deemed reasonably necessary byInnoxa. A request to access, update or correct any information should bedirected to the Promoter at their address set out below.

Entrants consent to the Promoterusing the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice (incl. photograph, filmand/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of timewithout remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (includingany outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/orsupplied by the Promoter.
25. The Promoter reserves the right torequest winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at thenominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable forverification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
