2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating pharmacies, Priceline retailers, Farmers New Zealand retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Promotion commences at 12am AEST on 01/10/2014 and closes at 12pm AEST on 30/11/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps, during the Promotional Period: purchase any Sukin product from any Participating Pharmacy, Priceline, Health Food Store or Farmers New Zealand retailer or their related websites. Participating pharmacies, Priceline and Farmers New Zealand retailers mean any pharmacy, Priceline or Farmers New Zealand retailer that features point of sale material about this promotion; and then b. visit
www.withwithsukin.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, valid email address and the full barcode number from the eligible Sukin product purchased and submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received during the Promotional Period.
4.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Only one (1) entry permitted per transaction.
7. Entrants must retain their original Sukin product barcode and a copy or printout of their purchase receipt for their entry as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the required proof of purchase for their entry when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of their entry and forfeiture of any right to the prize. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

A Second Chance may take place on Thursday 5 March 2015 at 10:00am at Sukin Organics Pty. Ltd, 115 Lambeck Drive, Tullamarine, 3043 VIC subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. 11. The judge(s) or Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Prize value is AUD $10,000 minimum, taking into consideration the lowest possible airfare rate (best estimate based on airline prices as at 01/06/2014). The promoter reserves the right to select airline and time of departure and may reject requested flight times and or dates/times.
14. The winner and any other person sharing a prize with the winner will be required to sign a form to release the Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any and all liability arising from the use of or participation in any part of the prize.
15. Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, airport and airline taxes, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
16. Prize must be taken by 31/10/2016 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
17. Booking and confirmation of the prize will be handled on behalf of the Promoter by the Promoter’s nominated travel provider. The winner will be advised of the nominated travel provider on notification of winning.
18. The winner and their companion will be responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. The winner and their companion must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
19. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
20. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or part of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.
21. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
22. Total prize pool value, as applicable to Australian residents, is minimum AU$10,000. Prize, or any unused part of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
