JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES
Deluxe Day Bed competition

1.Promotion Description: By participating in this trade promotion lottery, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Promoter will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prize(s).
2. Facebook Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
3. Dates: starts Friday 21st November 2014 at 06.00 and ends Thursday 27th November 2014 at 11.59pm Western Standard time.
4. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: A Deluxe Day Bed with accessories as pictured in promotional images. The prize includes Australia-wide delivery to the winners door. The winner will agree to waiting up to 60 days from claiming his / her prize to receive his / her prize due to processing and delivery times. This prize is not redeemable for cash, is not transferrable and may not be swapped for other products from the sponsors.
5. Entrants should enter via the app, Gleam, where they must become a fan of participating businesses on Instagram in order to gain a valid entry. The question posed is mandatory and must be answered, or entry is invalid.
6. The winner, in accepting the prize, agrees to having his or her name published on the participating Facebook pages of the competition. He or she will also agree to responding to the posts congratulating the winner
7. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.
8. Privacy: By agreeing to sign up to our newsletter in this competition, you are providing your details to Jump Star Trampolines and other businesses participating in the promotion. Your email address may be used for future marketing purposes by Jump Star Trampolines. By entering, you agree to receive this communication. You may opt out of, or Unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Your private information will not be shared with any other companies, and is not being collected by Facebook.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Trade Promotion Lottery or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the competition and/or selection process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

10. The prize will be drawn at Jump Star Trampolines, Unit 4 / 29 McIntyre Way, Kenwick WA 6107 at 10am on Friday 28th November 2014. Entries will be judged on merit and creativity. The top 5 entries will be voted upon by the judges. The entry judged most creative will be awarded the winner. Winner will be contacted in writing via email. The winner’s name will be announced on Jump Star Trampolines Facebook page

11. Should the prize remain unclaimed, a re-draw will occur at Jump Star Trampolines, 4/29 McIntyre Way, Kenwick WA 6107 at 10am on Monday 1st December 2014. The re-draw winner will be announced on www.facebook.com/JumpStarTrampolines on the same date.
