ALEXANDER AND THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD DAY & BETTS KIDS PROMOTION T&C’s

1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of The Betts Group, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. The competition commences at 12.00pm (AWST Australian Western Standard Time) on November 18, 2014 and entries close at midnight (AWST) on November 27, 2014.

5. Entry details:

• To enter, individuals must visit our Facebook page and answer the question ‘When you’re having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, what cheers you up?

Once complete and valid, online registration will provide the participant one entry in the draw. Only one entry per person. Multiple registrations will not provide multiple entries. Incomplete, incorrect and incomprehensible answers and details will, at the sole and absolute discretion of The Betts Group, invalidate the participant’s entry into the Competition.

Winners will be picked due to creativity of their answer. All entries will be judged by The Betts Group having regard to the overall quality of the response to the promotion question, including literary composition, creative merit & originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The decision on the winners will take place at The Betts Group Pty Ltd, 32 Millrose Drive Malaga WA on the afternoon of November 28, 2014 and winners will be notified via the Facebook page. Winner’s names will be published on bettskids.com.au. If Betts Kids is unable to get in contact with the winner, within 72 hours, the prize will be awarded to the next best answer. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the information they have provided is correct.

6. Prize details:

•30 winners will each win a family pass to see ‘Alexander and the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day’ at participating cinemas.

7. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, The Betts Group, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
