The Promotion commences at 16.30pm AEDT on 1 December 2014 and closes at 15.00pm AEDT on 22 December 2014 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” the Marbig Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz then accurately complete an online entry form on the Marbig Facebook page, sign up to receive the Marbig Email Newsletter, tell us what the Week’s Three Mystery Marbig Products are as accurately as possible, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like during the Promotion Period so long as each entry is unique. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.

The total Prize Pool is valued at $511.45. There are three (3) Major Prizes – one for each week of the Promotion Period. The Week 3 Prize is valued at 282.60 and includes 1 x Polaroid z2300 Instant Digital Camera – White (RRP $269.00), 1 x Mystery Marbig Product No. 7 (RRP $3.50), 1 x Mystery Marbig Product No. 8 (RRP $5.87) and 1 x Mystery Marbig Product No. 9 (RRP $4.23). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery of prizes from being notified as a winner.
Judging will take place on the following times and dates 15:30pm (AEDT) on 8 December 2014 (Week 1 Prize Judging), 15:30pm on 15 December 2014 (Week 2 Prize Judging), and 15:30pm on 22 December 2014 (Week 3 Prize Judging). The judges will select each Weekly Winner based on the accuracy of their three guesses of the Mystery Marbig Products. In the event multiple people guess all three Mystery Marbig Products, the first entrant to guess the three Mystery Marbig Products accurately will be judged as the Winner for that week. The Winners will be contacted via phone or email within two days of being judged the winner. The Winner will be announced on the Marbig Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz within one week of being judged the winner.
This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
