Entry is only open to persons who:
a) Are Australian residents who are 16 years or older at the time of the draw.
b) who have ongoing access to an Australian network mobile telephone with premium SMS capabilities (please note that the SMS number used to send the entry will be used as your contact number in the event you are the winner) ;
c) who make a valid purchase during the Promotional Period; and
d) who are able to accept the prize. Where the winner is under the age of 18 years old at the time of the draw, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parents or legal guardian.
Directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. The immediately families of directors, management and officers of the Promoter are ineligible to enter as well.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences 09:00AM AEDST Saturday 15 November 2014 and concludes 11:59PM AEDST Wednesday 24 December 2014.
Entry Procedure
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
a) be an Eligible Person; and
b) spend $85.00 or more in a single transaction (after any sales or discounts) on participating products from Myer; then
SMS 197 197 19 with their full name, state you reside in and receipt number or receipt barcode from a valid Myer receipt or Myer Online Order Number for valid purchases made at
www.myer.com.au to receive one (1) entry into the draw.
SMS Details
All entries must be made via SMS. This is a Premium rate SMS service. All SMS sent to this number will be charged at $0.55 (including GST).

Winners may be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age proof of purchase (original Myer receipt or Online Order Number) and copy of drivers licence. Acceptable forms of identification are the discretion of the Promoter.
Purchase of participating goods and beauty services during the Promotion Period at any Myer store or online at the Myer website
www.myer.com.au; however, lay-by and credit card payments, corporate purchases, gift card purchases, services and purchases at restaurants or cafés are not Participating Products.
Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is valid, and is associated with a separate qualifying transaction in relation to the purchase of a Participating Product which has not been the subject of a return or where item/s were unable to be fulfilled.
Five (5) prizes will be awarded after the verification requirements of the Promoter are satisfied. One (1) Volkswagen Golf 90TSI - 5 door hatch, 7 speed automatic, metallic paint, dealer delivery and application on-road costs including registration valued at up to $27,000.00. will be awarded to each state groups:
Group 1 - Entrants who reside in New South Wales or Australian Capital Territory (as per identification and SMS)
Group 2 - Entrants who reside in Victoria and Tasmania (as per identification and SMS)
Group 3 - Entrants who reside in Queensland (as per identification and SMS)
Group 4 - Entrants who reside in South Australia and Northern Territory (as per identification and SMS)
Group 5 - Entrants who reside in Western Australia (as per identification and SMS)
All components of the Prize must be taken together at the time of accepting the Prize or all are forfeited.
Delivery times may vary depending on avaliablity in each state group.
Standard features including external and internal colours and accessories are at the Promoters discretion. All other costs not specifically specified as included in the prize including without limitation to floor mats, bike racks, transfers to the dealership, fuel etc are at the winners’ expense.
Full comprehensive insurance is not included in the prize, however the Promoter highly recommends a full insurance policy is taken prior to
taking ownership of the vehicle.
Each winner must hold an unrestricted Australian driver’s licence. In the case of Learner Driver under the age of 18 years, the car will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance or redemption of the Prize, or this Promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the Winner prior to accepting the Prize. The Promoter and Agent accept no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
The Promoter reserves the right to require the Winner to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, or suppliers of Prizes, in their absolute discretion including without limitation a form of waiver or release with respect to acceptance or usage of the Prize, or any liability arising out of or in relation to the Prize or this Promotion.
The Myer instore Team Members who processed the winning transaction, in each state group, will receive a $1,000 Myer Gift Card. In the instance where the winning entry is a online purchase, all entries in the corresponding state group will be placed into a draw and the Team Member that processed the first valid entry will be winning entry for the purpose of awarding the Team Member reward.
The five (5) Myer Team Members from the state groups will then be entered into the draw. The first Myer Team member to be drawn will win a Volkswagen Golf 90TSI - 5 door hatch, 7 speed automatic. Prize includes metallic paint, dealer delivery and application on-road costs including registration valued at up to $27,000.
Consumer Total maximum Prize pool value for each state group may vary depending on the required dealer delivery, transfers and registration costs. Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. All Prize values are the recommended retail price including GST, depending on point of departure. Prices are in $AUD.
Group 1 - New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory prize pool is valued at up to $55,000.00
Group 2 - Victoria and Tasmania prize pool is valued at up to $55,000.00. Group 3 - Queensland prize pool is valued at up to $55,000.00.
Group 4 - South Australia and Northern Territory prize pool is valued at up to $55,000.00.
Group 5 - Western Australia prize pool is valued at up to $55,000.00.
The first valid entry drawn at random from each state group will be deemed the Winner/s after verification by the Promoter.

The Prize must be claimed and taken by 12:00PM AEST, Friday 10 April 2015.
The Winners will be contacted by telephone and in writing by the Promoter and provided with details as to how to claim the Prize.
If a Prize remains unclaimed or unallocated for any purpose at the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter, with approval from participating gaming authorities, will conduct a second chance draw to award any unclaimed Prize/s as follows:
