1. The promoter is Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Calamvale Central Shopping Centre, 662 Compton Rd Calamvale 4116 QLD (“the promoter”).
2. How to enter the Christmas Ham Giveaway Competition: Instructions on how to enter this competition form part of the terms and conditions.
3. The promotion commences Monday 15 December at 10.00am and will conclude on Friday, 19 December at 4.00pm.
4. To be eligible for the prize:
a. Entrants must place their Calamvale Central Official entry form or flyer into
the barrel with all required information completed.
5. A valid entry must be an original entry form or flyer and must be put into the entry barrel located outside Woolworths.
6. Bonus Entry: To be eligible for a bonus entry you must fill out the online entry form
on Calamvale Central’s Facebook page or Website.

7. Prize Draw: One ham will be given away daily from the 15 – 19 of December 2015.
8. The promoter, Calamvale Central and staff, participating retailers, other retailers and tenants in Calamvale Central Shopping Centre and Retail First Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to receive the gift with purchase.
9. The gifts are as follows:

10. The total number of gifts to be given from Monday, 15 December is 5 Woolworths Christmas Hams.
11. The gifts are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash & cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12. All goods are to be inspected at the time of collection by the receiver and staff at Calamvale Central’s temporary promotional desk. The promoter will not be responsible for any misplaced or damaged items and the item will not be replaced.
13. Other general terms and conditions. In lodging an entry form, all entrants must consent to their names being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining anonymity may not be practicable in the circumstances. All details will remain the property of the promoter at all times.
14. For the purposes of compliance with the Privacy Act 2001, entrants are advised that (a) they can contact the Promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above (b) the purpose for which information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Calamvale Central and its retailers (c) the information held is not usually given to third party organizations (d) failure to provide all the information may result in the gift not being issued.
15. The promoters’ decision in respect to all aspects of the promotion is final and binding on entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the prize or the conduct of the promotion.
