    To form a valid entry into the “OZtrail 12 Days of Christmas Contest” (the Competition)a potential entrant must provide all requested details.
    L E Whittaker & Sons Pty Ltd trading as OZtrail Leisure Products ‘OZtrail’ will use the collected personal information for the purpose of operating the competition and for the purposes of our marketing efforts but will not be disclosed to third parties.
    To form a valid entry a potential entrant must:

    be a resident of Australia,
    have a physical address within mainland Australia and Tasmania,
    be over 13 years of age with the permission of a parent or guardian to enter if under the age of 18.

    Each day from December 13 to December 24, 2014 we will post a “12 Days of Christmas” contest on our Facebook page with the details of how to enter for that day.
    Each potential entrant may enter a maximum of once per day.
    The prize(s) for each day will be announced in the daily post.
    The number of prize winners for each day will also be announced in the daily post.
    The closing date and time will be announced in the daily post.
    Winner(s) will be chosen at random by OZtrail after the entry period closes
    Winner(s) will be announced in subsequent posts on our Facebook page.
    Winners will have 24 hours to claim their prize by visiting the website announced in the post.
    If a prize is not claimed within the 24 hour period, the contest will be redrawn.
    OZtrail may, at its sole discretion, and without right of appeal or review, disallow any singular entry or all entries from an individual if OZtrail deems these terms breached by the potential entrant.
    Staff, suppliers, customers and those associated with OZtrail are disallowed entry into the competition.
    The prizes are not redeemable for cash, nor transferable.
    OZtrail shall be held indemnified by the potential entrant, or actual entrant, for any perceived or actual loss that the individual may incur as a result of entry, or attempted entry.
