By participating in Public House Kitchen & Bar (Promoter) “Win 4 Tickets to New Year’s Eve” (Promotion) competition, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
The Promotion commences at 11am (AWST) on Thursday 11 December 2014 and closes at 11am (AWST) on Friday 19 December 2014 (Promotion Period).
To enter this competition, entrants must complete all mandatory fields in the online entry form.
Winner will be drawn and contacted by phone by 3pm (AWST) on Friday 19 December 2014 and announced on the Public House Kitchen & Bar Facebook page (

If the winner has already purchased tickets to Public House Kitchen & Bar Copacabana New Year’s Eve party”, Public House Kitchen & Bar will refund the cost of the two tickets.
This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or redeemed at a later date. Should a winner chose not to attend their Prize is automatically forfeited.
By accepting the prize, the winner and their guests will agree to accept and abide by WA Liquor Licensing laws, policies and regulations.

If due to any reason Public House Kitchen & Bar becomes aware after an entrant has won the prize that the entrant has not complied with these terms, that entrant will have lost their entitlement to the prize.
