1. The shades/colours detailed above are to be sent to each winner.
2. There will be twenty winner.
3. The winner will be selected by creativty & representation of ulta3.
4. Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia 15 years and over who have a valid Facebook account.
6. Employees of the promoter (The Heat Group Pty Ltd.), the promoters associated companies (Coverderm retailers) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
7. The “Promotion Period” commences on Wednesday 17th December and closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 24th of December 2014.
8. The prize winners will be notified by email to the email address provided with their entry by Wednesday 31st of December 2014.
9. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification before 9am on Monday 12th of January 2015 the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of Heat Pty Ltd. and another winner will be drawn.
10. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
11. Any form of automated entry using any device or software is invalid.
12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to alteration of entries.
