AANT Win a Car Promotion 2014
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.
2. All employees of the promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on Monday 1 December 2014 and finishes on 31 January 2015.
4. Eligibility criteria applies:
a. Entrants must be full financial AANT Members.
b. AANT Members who join on service are not eligible to enter.
5. The competition consists of six prizes worth $15,990.
a. A Mitsubishi Mirage ES valued at $14,990
b. 5 x $200 Thrifty Car Hire Vouchers
6. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
7. The first prize winner will receive:
a. 1x Mitsubishi Mirage, 2014 Model. Supplier of the vehicle is determined by AANT.
b. Second to sixth prize winners will each win a $200 Thrifty Car Hire Voucher
8. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. To enter, new members will automatically go into the draw when they join. Current Members must complete the entry form in store or the entry form featured on the AANT website (
www.aant.com.au/winacar).
10. The winners will be drawn through a random electronic process.
11. The draw will take place at the AANT, 2/14 Knuckey St, Darwin, at 10:00am Monday 17 February 2015. The first entry drawn that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win the first prize. The next five entries drawn that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win prizes 2-6.
12. The winners must be a current full financial member at the time of the draw.
13. The winners will be notified by mail and phone within 14 days of the draw date with the winner’s names published in the March 2015 issue of NT Motor.
14. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.
15. The winners have 28 days to claim the prizes.
16. If the prizes are unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Monday 1 June 2015.
17. The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
19. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
