Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion commences 9:00 am AEST on 3rd November 2014 and ends at 11:00 pm AEST on 2nd January 2015 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry into this Promotion is only open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years and over. Promotion is only valid for purchases of $30 or more made in participating stores during the Promotion Period.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, any participating Leading Edge Electronics and Leading Appliances store and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
How to Enter
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
a. Spend $30 or more in one transaction at any participating store during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). The purchase must be made in full at the time of the transaction. A participating store is a member listed on the Leading Edge Electronics or Leading Appliances websites (

b. Visit

www.leadingappliances.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including full name, address, contact number, valid email address, and unique receipt number, and submit the fully completed entry form.
c. Entries are also accepted via selected individual stores’ facebook pages.
There are 86 outlets participating in this Promotion.
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a. Only one entry permitted per unique receipt number
b. Only one entry permitted per person per day
c. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements
Entrants must retain their original receipts (showing the unique receipt number used to enter) for all entries as proof of purchase.
Draw
The winner will be drawn via electronic selection. The draw will take place at iWin Promotion Management, 35 Thrift Street, Colyton NSW 2790 at 10:00 am on Monday 12th January 2015
Winner will be notified by phone and email on 14th January 2015 and advertised in the Public Notices of ‘The Australian’ Newspaper on Friday 23rd January 2015.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 13th April 2015 at 10:00 am AEST at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner, if any, will be notified by telephone and email, and their name will be published in the Australian on 1st May 2015.
General
Prize consists of a Holden Barina Spark with manual transmission with Metallic Paint option, valued at $ 14,500 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges. Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person whose name is entered online provided the person is an Australian permanent resident of at least 18 years of age.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
If the Major Prize winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the Major Prize winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The Major Prize winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the Major Prize winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
