1. The promotion is open to financial members for the 2014/15 year ( who must be 18 years of age or older) of the Gerringong Bowling & Recreation Club Ltd Pacific Avenue WERRI BEACH NSW 2534
2. Directors and staff are excluded from the promotion.
3. The promotion commences on Tuesday 1st July 2014 and concludes on
Friday 30th January 2015 @ 8.00pm.
4. Seven (7) monthly elimination draws of 10 entries will be held (see schedule of draws). The members must be present in the club at the time of the draw. This will determine who will be in the final draw on Friday 30th January 2015.
5. Entry to monthly elimination draw is by a ticket issued at the bar against members points. 25 points= one ticket

By a ticket issued at the bar against a voucher won by poker machine players.
1 voucher = 1 ticket. See poker machine players – entry to promotion.
6. The first drawn ticket holder in the elimination draw will receive $100 plus an entry to the final draw.
7. Winners of the elimination rounds (70 winners in total) go forward to the final draw on Friday 30th January at 8.00 pm in the main lounge. Members must be present at the final draw or must nominate another member on their behalf before the draw. (The nominated member must inform the secretary manager or the director presiding over the final draw.) The first drawn entry will win the prize.
. Prize winners will be notified on the night and in writing posted to their membership address.
. Results of the draw will be notified on the club’s notice board and in the Club’s Bulletin.
