TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Target Australia Pty Ltd (ABN75 004 250 944) of 12-14 Thompson Road, Geelong North, Victoria 3215 (“Promoter”).
2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
3. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who, at
the time of entry: (i) is a resident of Australia; (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.
Entrants under the age of 18 years must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Competition entry opens at 0:00 on 01/04/2014 and closes at 24:00 AEST on 31/03/2015 (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney. Where times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:00 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of a day.
ENTRY
5. Entry can only be made by internet. To submit an entry, an entrant must, during the Entry Period:
a. Use a compatible browser to visit www.yourtargetfeedback.com.au ("Competition Website");
b. Complete the Your Target Feedback Survey (“Survey”).
6. An Eligible Entrant will be allocated one entry into the Competition for each Survey that he/she
completes during the Entry Period.
7. All entrants must ensure that their Survey answers are received by the Promoter during the
Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any late or misdirected Survey answers or
for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
8. All entries to the Competition may be subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter will
reimburse an entrant for any reasonable costs incurred in complying with this condition. An entrant MUST deliver to the Promoter (by a means determined by the Promoter) copies of any documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including evidence of age, residence or identity. The Promoter may make one or more requests for such documents. Once the identity of documents available is established, an entrant must deliver requested copies within 7 days of being asked to do so. At the Promoter's request, an entrant MUST also, within 7 days of being asked, allow the Promoter to inspect and copy the original of any such document.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction; or (ii) fails to produce items as required by condition 8 or produces items that, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iv) in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, submits an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.
10. Any costs associated with accessing the Competition Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
DRAW AND PRIZES
11. There will be 12 Prize Draws conducted during the Entry Period which will take place at 12.00 AEST on the dates shown below. Draw 1 -3 will be held at the offices of Vision Critical (Level 7, 99 Macquarie Street, Sydney, NSW 2000). Draw 4 onwards will be held at the offices of Handling Matters (1/3 Green Street, Brookvale, NSW 2100).
The first valid entry drawn for each of the draws 1-12 will receive the prize. Draw 1 (Surveys completed in April 2014) – 02/05/2014
Draw 2 (Surveys completed in May 2014) – 06/06/2014
Draw 3 (Surveys completed in June 2014) – 04/07/2014
Draw 4 (Surveys completed in July 2014) – 01/08/2014
Draw 5 (Surveys completed in August 2014) – 05/09/2014 Draw 6 (Surveys completed in September 2014) – 03/10/2014 Draw 7 (Surveys completed in October 2014) – 07/11/2014 Draw 8 (Surveys completed in November 2014) – 05/12/2014 Draw 9 (Surveys completed in December 2014) – 16/1/2015 Draw 10 (Surveys completed in January 2015) – 06/02/2015 Draw 11 (Surveys completed in February 2015) – 06/03/2015 Draw 12 (Surveys completed in March 2015) – 03/04/2015
12. Each draw is a separate competition with entries from one draw not transferring to another. E.g. Entries from Draw 1 will not transfer over to Draw 2.
13. Prizes for each Prize Draw consist of a pre-paid Target gift card credited to the value of $1,000
Total RRP value of prizes for all prizes = $12,000.

All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner on accepting the prize within 28 days of the draw.
14. A right to receive a prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
15. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute
discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
The winners will be notified in writing sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the entry, within 48 hours of the draw. The notification may include instructions as to how the winner is to claim his/her prize and establish their entitlement to it. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.
16. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Competition, if a prize is not claimed by a winner within 3 months of Draw 12, the prize will be awarded to another Eligible Entrant in a redraw commencing at 3pm on 17th July 2015 at Handling Matters (1/3 Green Street, Brookvale, NSW 2100). The re-draw will only include entries received in the specific Draw in which the prize was unclaimed. E.g. if the prize in Draw 6 was unclaimed, the re draw will only be conducted with eligible entries received in the month of September.
17. In order to be entitled to a prize, the winner must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to and sign and return an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and eligibility to accept the prize. The winner will forfeit his/her prize if he/she fails to ensure that all documents relating to that prize are signed and returned in accordance with this condition, as and when required by the Promoter.
18. The first name, last initial and state of each winner will be published at www.yourtargetfeedback.com.au ("Competition Website") within 30 days of the corresponding prize draw.
GENERAL
19. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise).
21. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
22. All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and all
those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
24. If any provision of these conditions is unenforceable for any reason, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
25. Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winners and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of the winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 1 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.
