Prize Schedule:
Grand Final Winner Prize:

How to Enter
The promotion will run from Monday 10th November, 2014 through to Friday 6th February 2015.
Entry into the Promotion is free when:
 Any bottle shop purchase over the value of $20,
 Any food purchase in the Springs Restaurant or Homestead Bistro with a purchase value over $10,

Maximum of one swipe and win entry per day per person
 Member’s name and membership number will be printed on the entry form by the club’s point of
sale system and the clubs Wildcard Machine.
 Should the club’s point of sale system or Wildcard Machine fail to automatically print the member’s
entry form due to mechanical or technical fault the member shall be issued with a manual entry
form from the club supervisor providing the member transaction meets the entry requirements
described above.
 Entry forms are to be placed by the member in the entry barrels provided in the Foyer area of the
Club

Prize Draw Procedure
 Finalists and Grand Finalists in the promotion are determined by a series of draws to be conducted
at the Mittagong RSL Club, Bessemer Street Mittagong, NSW, in the following way, times and dates:
Preliminary Draws for Finalists
 Draws 1 through to 12 will be held on the following dates, with draws 1-11 scheduled to commence
at 8.00pm, and draw 12 will start at 7:00pm.
Draw 1 – Friday 21st November, 2014
Draw 2 – Friday 28th November, 2014
Draw 3 – Friday 5th December, 2014
Draw 4 – Friday 12th December, 2014
Draw 5 – Friday 19th December, 2014
Draw 6 – Friday 26th December, 2014
Draw 7 – Friday 2nd January, 2015
Draw 8 – Friday 9th January, 2015
Draw 9 – Friday 16th January, 2015
Draw 10 – Friday 23rd January, 2015
Draw 11 – Friday 30th January, 2015
Draw 12 – Friday 6th February, 2015
The procedure for each draw will be:
An entry is drawn from the entry barrel to select a finalist. The person whose name is drawn from the
barrel does not have to be present at the draw in the Club to qualify as a finalist in the competition. If
the person is present at the draw in the club, they will receive a $50 account card to be spent on
goods and services available in the club.
This process is repeated 10 times so that 10 finalists are qualified at each of the above draws for the
Grand Final Draw.
The names of the 10 finalists from each draw are recorded on the Grand Finalist Draw board
alongside a unique identifying number assigned to that finalist.
The entry barrel is emptied after the draws on the 12th December 2014, and 9th January 2015, so
new entries can be added to the barrel.
 Draw 12 will be held on Friday 6th February 2015, and is scheduled to commence at 7:00pm. The
draw procedure to select the finalists will be the same as the previous 11 draws except that 20
Finalists will be selected at this draw.
 A member may qualify as a finalist of the ‘Tour of the ANZAC’ promotion more than once.
Grand Final Draw – Friday 6th February 2015
After all preliminary draws have been conducted there are a total of 130 finalists to be narrowed down to a
Grand Final draw of 10 entrants.
The draw for the Grand Finalists is done by random number generator on Friday 6th February 2015 in the
following way:
 At 8.00pm the unique numbers 1 to 130 will be entered into the random number generator.
 The random number generator selects 10 Grand Finalists with the unique number drawn
corresponding to a member’s name.
 The member must be present at the draw at the club to qualify as a Grand Finalist. If after 4 minutes
the member has not presented themselves to the prize draw area, a draw for another Grand Finalist
is conducted, and so on until we have a total of 10 Grand Finalists.
 As they are drawn, the member will again be allocated a unique number from 1-10, with the first
grand finalist receiving number one, the second receiving number 2, and so on until we have 10
different contestants in the grand final draw. After receiving their unique grand final number, each
grand finalist must remain in the immediate prize draw area until all 10 grand Finalists have been
selected.
 A member can only qualify once for the Grand Final Draw
Immediately after the Draw for the Grand Finalists is determined, the following process to determine
the winner of the ‘Tour of the ANZAC’ trip:
 All 10 grand finalists will be issued an A4 poster that displays their unique grand finalist number (ie,
numbers 1-10)
 One at a time, our MC will draw one ball at a time from a barrel containing 10 balls, each with a
number from 1-10.
 As each ball is drawn, the grand finalist with the corresponding number as that that appears on the
drawn ball, is eliminated from the grand final (eg, if ball 6 is drawn, grand finalist number 6 is
eliminated). This process will continue until we eliminate all but one of the grand finalists. The
remaining grand finalist will be declared the winner of the major prize.
 All nine of the grand final runners up will each receive a $200 account card to be redeemed within
the Club for goods and services.
Standard Conditions of Entry
 You must be a financial member of the Mittagong RSL Club Limited to gain entry to the promotion
 Entry to the promotion is not applicable to any person under the age of 18 years.
 Directors of the Mittagong RSL Club Limited, their spouses and immediate family are not permitted
to enter the promotion.
 Management of the Mittagong RSL Club Limited, their spouses and immediate family are not
permitted to enter the promotion. Management of the Club includes the General Manager,
Operations Manager, Administration Manager, Catering Manager, Gaming Manager, Marketing
Manager, Duty Managers and Executive Chef.
 Staff of the Mittagong RSL Club Limited and their spouses are not permitted to enter the promotion
 The value of the total prize package, including the cruise, airfares, accommodation, taxes, insurance,
transfers, spending money and 9 runners up account cards, is $28,000.
 The prize of the trip and the $200 Club account cards are transferrable, but the names of the winner,
or persons that the winner has gifted the major prize to, must be given to the tour operators by 12
noon Monday 9th February, 2015 to secure the booking.
 The prize of the trip must be taken as is, as described in the itinerary, including the time and dates of
travel, and cannot be exchanged for credit, cash or any other tradeable asset
