1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. 3. To enter, individuals must submit their entry via the designated entry page and complete their full name, contact number, email and their answer to the competition question (in 25 words or less) and send, so it is received during the competition period.
4. Competition question, opening and closing dates/times, prize details and any further applicable conditions relating to the prize/s are stated in Table 1 above.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Only one entry permitted per person.8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
9. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner or winners (as applicable). Each entry will be individually judged based on the creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question.
10. The winner/s will be determined by a Howards Storage World Judging Panel consisting of 3 Howards Storage World employees. The Judging Panel will decide the most deserving winner/s for each competition. The prize/s will go to the best valid entry/entries as determined by the Judging Panel. Prizes (if more than one) will be awarded in descending value, with the best valid entrant being awarded the highest value prize, the next best valid entry awarded the second highest value prize and so forth. Prizes are outlined in Table 1 above.
11. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
12. The winner/s will be notified by e-mail and their names will be posted on the Howards Storage World website 10 days after the competition closes.
13. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
14. In the case a/the prize is a voucher for Howards Storage World; any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of Howards Storage World including those specified on the voucher.
15. If for any reason a/the winner does not take a/the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
16. Prize/s, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
17. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
18. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or modify a prize.
19. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering this competition, each entrant licences the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
20. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
21. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and, for this purpose only, we will not disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
23. Partaking in this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. As a condition of accepting a/the prize, a/the winner (and his/her companion/s, if applicable) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
