DURATION

1.   Entries shall be accepted from 05.01.2015  (AEST) to 01.02.2015 23:59PM (AEST).

Entries shall be collected on 19.01.2015 and 01.02.2015. Winner will be notified via the email address supplied no later than 5PM (AEST) on 19.01.2015 and 01.02.2015.

ENTRY

2. Entry to the competition is open to all individuals over the age of 18 years with internet access, except employees of Australian Mangoes and their immediate families.

3.  To enter, individuals must correctly complete the task as outlined in the competition instructions.

4.  Five winners will be chosen by Australian Mangoes. Winner will be determined by judging the creativity in completing the task. Entries must be the original, independent creation of the entrant and free from any third party claims, including copyright or trademark claims. Entries must not: (i) have been published previously; (ii) contain information that is discriminatory, defamatory, and offensive or infringes any law or regulation.

5.   The entrant consents to Australian Mangoes, its related companies and the competition sponsors using comments made on the competition form, including placing such comments on its websites or third party websites. Unless expressly requested by the entrant to do so we may not acknowledge your authorship when posting comments.

6.   Submission by the entry method specified above is deemed to be entry into the competition and is acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

INFORMATION ON PRIZES

7.   The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8.   The winner will be selected based on their creativity in completing the task, by a Australian Mangoes representative. Australian Mangoes  will have absolute discretion in relation to conduct of the competition, including decisions in relation to participant eligibility and determination of prize winners. Entrants to the competition will be bound by all decisions of  Australian Mangoes. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.   The winner will be eligible to receive the prize of a FujiFilm Instax Mini camera up to the value of $100, as outlined in instructions at the time of competition entry.

10.  If for any reason beyond the control of Australian Mangoes, this competition is not capable of running as planned and the administration of this competition is affected,  Australian Mangoes reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

11. If Australian Mangoes believes that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, Australian Mangoes may exclude this person from the promotion.

12. Australian Mangoes is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Australian Mangoes on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

13. Australian Mangoes shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of profit (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the game and or taking of any the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In accepting the prize, the recipient may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by Australian Mangoes in its absolute discretion.

14. Australian Mangoes reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the competition at any time.

16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. All entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
