Information on how to enter the “D’Orsogna WIN $1000 of Ziegler & Brown & Accessories” ("Promotion") form part of these conditions. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues/outlets associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion commences at 10:00 WST on 1/1/2015 and closes at 17:00 WST on 27/1/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:

Competition entry includes the Entrant's full name, a valid email address, and agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Shortstack application requires access to some of the Entrants personal details as well as authorisation to post on their Timeline.
There is a limit of one entry per Facebook user for this Promotion.
Once the Entrant has submitted an entry online, the submission will enter the draw.
Each Entrant will be awarded a bonus entry per Facebook User that clicks and enters from Entrant's shared link.
PRIZES
The Major Prize draw will take place at 12pm noon WST on 29/1/2015 using the online random selection process. Once drawn, the winner will be posted on the Promoters Facebook page and the winner will be notified by email, and private Facebook message from the Promoter.
The one Major Prize is a $1000 inc GST Ziegler & Brown & Accessories package (entrants must be aged 18 or over for all residents of Australia).
Entrants failing to meet any Promotion’s requirement will be disqualified from receiving the Major Prize and will also be deemed ineligible to receive any other prize in the Promotion.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 31/1/2015 at the same time and place as the first Major Prize draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by email, and private Facebook message from the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
