RESTAURANT” ("Competition")
Terms and Conditions
1. This Competition is conducted by Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Limited (ABN 17 003 274 655) of 44 Wharf Road, West
Ryde, 2114 NSW Australia (“Promoter”). Phone number 1800 022 046.
2. The event organiser is Frank PR (“Event Organiser”), acting on behalf of the Promoter.
3. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information
published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
Promotional Period
4. Competition opens at 17:00 AEDT on 8th January 2015 and closes at 17:00 AEDT on 30th January 2015 ("Promotional
Period"). All times and dates are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) unless otherwise specified. All times are
stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of the day.
Eligibility to Enter
5. This Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident aged
18 years or older.
How to Enter
6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. visit the Competition entry page at www.finishsimplybrilliant.com
("Competition Website") and input the all requested
information including the Eligible Entrant's full name, email address, date of birth, gender and postcode;
b. provide an answer in 25 words or less to the question "Why will you have a brilliant time at the CIY pop up
restaurant?";
c. confirm agreement to these terms and conditions; and
d. submit the fully completed entry form.
(together, "Entry")
7. Each Eligible Entrant may only submit a maximum of one Entry.
The Prize
8. There will be a maximum of eighteen (18) prize winners.
9. Each prize comprises of the following:
a) 3 Course Dinner for 2 at a 1.5 hour time slot selected by the Promoter on Thursday 5th March 2015 between 6pm and
9pm at the C.I.Y: The Free Meal pop up restaurant at 7 Hudson Street, Redfern NSW 2016 with the meal specifically
designed by celebrity chef, Miguel Maestre; and
b) meet and greet with celebrity chef, Miguel Maestre at the C.I.Y: The Free Meal pop up restaurant on Thursday 5th March
2015
(together, "Prize")
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in the event that the appearance of the celebrity chef, Miguel
Maestre, is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.
11. Each Prize is valued at approximately $500 AU including GST, as at 5th January 2015. The Prize is subject to availability.
The Prize is not valid for use for any other time except for Thursday 5th March 2015 at the time slot allocated by the Promoter.
If a Prize winner is not available to take the Prize at the specified time, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative prize will
not be awarded in lieu.

Prize Conditions
12. The winner's companion must be 18 years or over
13. The Promoter or Event Organiser will contact the Prize winners to confirm the time slot allocated for the Prize. The Prize
winners and their companions agree to adhere to their time slot at the C.I.Y: The Free Meal pop up restaurant. This includes
no longer than one (1) hour sitting, and half an hour (30 minutes) post dinner washing up.
14. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Prize winners and their companions must participate in washing up at the C.I.Y:
The Free Meal pop up restaurant for the time specified at the end of their meal.
15. The Prize winners and their companions must make their own way, at their own cost, to the venue at 7 Hudson Street,
Redfern NSW 2016 on the date and time specified by the Event Organiser.
16. Any other expenses associated with accepting, taking or using a Prize, including but not limited to travel costs will be the
Prize winners', and their companions' sole responsibility.
17. The Prize winners and their companions agree to be no later than five minutes of their time slot at the C.I.Y: The Free Meal
pop up restaurant, and understand that late arrival may result in the cancellation of the Prize.
18. All booking cancellation/s in respect of the Prize must be made no less than 72 hours prior to the event, and sent via email to
Finish@frankpr.com.au. If a Prize winner cancels a booking in respect of the Prize, the Prize winner forfeits the Prize and no
alternative prize will be awarded in lieu. In this event, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next valid
reserve winning entry drawn.
Judging Process and Winner Notification
19. The Entries will be judged on 3rd February 2015 at midday at Level 2, 1 Miller Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 (Prize Judgement
Date) by the Promoter and Event Organiser.
20. The Entries will be judged based on the creativity and literary merit of each submission. The 18 Eligible Entrants with the best
Entries as determined by the Promoter and the Event Organiser in their sole discretion will each win a Prize.
21. The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each validly submitted Entry will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter and the Event Organiser in their sole discretion as specified in clause
20..
22. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition, including the selection of winning Entries, is
binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. Winners will be notified by email or telephone call at the email address or telephone number provided in their entry within 4
working days of the Prize Judgement Date.
24. To be eligible to claim the Prize, the winner must reply to the Promoter's notification email with the requested contact details
including full name, postal address and phone number), or confirm his or her contact details over the phone within 72 hours
of the Promoter's notification email.
25. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner is found to be ineligible, or does not take the Prize or an element of the
Prize at the time stipulated (including but not limited to not providing the requested contact details to the Promoter within 72
hours of the Promoter's notification email) then the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of
the Prize or that element of the Prize. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, award the Prize to an alternative winner on
the basis of the same criteria specified in clause 20.
General Conditions
26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed
void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
27. In the event that any Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter, in its discretion
may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
28. The Promoter and Event Organiser has the right to change the venue to another Sydney location should it be required. The
Prize winners will be given at least 72 hours notice.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age and residential address of a winner. The Promoter reserves the
right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Competition.

30. Each entrant agrees to grant to the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unconditional, non-exclusive,
transferable licence (and agree to use their best endeavours to procure any relevant third parties to grant to the Promoter
such licence) to use their Entry for the purposes of marketing and promoting the Promoter and/or its goods and services in
any manner and in any media whether existing now or in the future, without the further consent of the entrant and without any
further payment or compensation payable to the entrant. By entering the Competition, each entrant consents for the benefit of
the Promoter to all or any acts or omissions that would ordinarily constitute an infringement of the entrant’s moral rights in
relation to all intellectual property rights in any Entry that the entrant creates or generates and uploads to the Competition
Website pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). This includes the Promoter having an unfettered right to treat their Entry in
any manner at its sole discretion, to alter the Entry in any manner and to the Promoter not attributing authorship of the Entry
to the entrant. In accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), individuals to be notified of the locations in which
overseas recipients of personal information will be located.
31. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory
consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these terms and conditions would
contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to
the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties
and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the
Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation
negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of
opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition,
including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry, or Prize that is late, lost,
altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax
implications; and/or (f) the Prize or use of the Prize.
32. The Promoter collects personal information from Entries for the purpose of conducting this Competition (which may include
disclosure to third parties, including, but not limited to its suppliers and to overseas recipients such as the Promoter’s related
companies who may be located in [insert countries]). Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter and the
Event Organiser may also use personal information for promotional purposes including for sending direct marketing material.
By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the
Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, including overseas recipients such as
the Promoters related companies, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further
reference or payment to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. The Promoter's privacy policy
contains information about how an individual may access, correct and/or update their personal information held about them
and to complain about a potential privacy breach. To obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy, an entrant may email the
Event Organiser on finish@frankpr.com.au or by phoning 02 8202 0555 during office hours.
33. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the Eligible Entrant 's responsibility to
notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Event Organiser
at finish@frankpr.com.au
34. The Promoter and/or the Event Organiser is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage
to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in
this Competition.
35. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts
no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and the ultimate redemption date.
36. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that a winner and his or her companion must comply with the Prize conditions.
37. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the
Promoter in its absolute discretion.
38. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability
to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not
limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the
Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions,
unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
39. The Promoter and/or Event Organiser reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter
and/or Event Organiser have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other
improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
40. If this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter and/or Event Organiser reserves the right in its sole
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

41. In participating in the Competition, Eligible Entrants agree that in the event that they are the winner, they may be required to
participate and co-operate as required in all editorial and promotional activities relating to the Competition, including but not
limited to being interviewed and photographed by media and/or bloggers. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter and
Event Organiser using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the
purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter. Winner grants the Promoter and Event Organiser a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use
such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
42. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
43. The laws of New South Wales apply to this Competition to the exclusion of any other law. Eligible Entrants submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
