TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Instructions and information on how to enter the promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions, and entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Type of Promotion: This promotion is a Promotional Lottery conducted pursuant to Schedule 9 of the Lotteries Rule 2010 QLD.
3.Promoter: The promoter is Golden Casket Lottery Corporation Limited ABN 27 078 785 449, 87 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba, Queensland, Australia, telephone 131 868 (Promoter). The Promoter and its related companies are referred to as the Promoter Group.
4.Promotion Period: Entry into the promotion is open from 12:01am AEST on 7 January 2015 until 11:59pm AEST on 30 January 2015 (Promotion Period).
5.Eligibility: Entry in to the promotion is free. Entry is open to residents of Queensland who are 18 years of age or older. Directors, managers, agents and employees of the Promoter Group and their immediate families, and directors, managers or employees of agencies associated with the promotion, are not eligible to enter the promotion. Tickets purchased through resellers are not eligible to enter the promotion. A Registered player whose Winners Circle Card or online account is either deactivated due to a Responsible Gambling concern or inactive for another reason is not eligible to enter the promotion.

6.Entry Mechanic:

1.To be eligible to enter, Entrants must purchase a REGULAR, SUPER, MEGA, JUMBO or MAXI QuickPick (excluding syndicate shares) in the Oz Lotto Draws set out below:

3.An entrant may purchase a range of QuickPick entry types into the Eligible Oz Lotto Draws and based on the entry type and cost of the entry the entrant will be awarded the number of entries set out below in the relevant Promotional Week and in the Major Prize Draw. For example: An entrant who purchases a SUPER QuickPick entry into Oz Lotto Draw 1091 will receive two (2) entries into Promotional Week 1 Weekly Prize Draw and two (2) entries into the Major Prize Draw (see clause 6.3). Each QuickPick entry can only be entered once in the corresponding Promotional Week.

7.Eligible Entrants can enter the promotion as follows:
1.Registered players who have purchased an Eligible QuickPick using their Winners Circle Card or online account will automatically receive entry into both the corresponding Weekly Prize Draw and the Major Prize Draw. Registered players can use saved favourite numbers, providing that they Top Up to one of the Eligible QuickPick entry types.
2.Unregistered players who have purchased an Eligible QuickPick must, during the Promotion Period, register their ticket on the promotional website goldencasket.com/ozbday, completing in full the online entry form. Entry into the Major Prize Draw is automatic subject to entry into a Weekly Prize Draw. Unregistered players are required to retain their Eligible QuickPick entries to verify their eligibility as a winner.
8.An Eligible QuickPick that is successful in winning a Divisional Prize in any of the Eligible Oz Lotto Draws as outlined above in clause 6.1 is still eligible to enter this promotion.
9.Multi-Week and Advance entries purchased into one or more of the Eligible Oz Lotto Draws as outlined above in clause 6.1 will be eligible to receive an entry into this promotion. Registered Players will receive automatic entry as per clause 6.4 (a). Unregistered Players are required to follow the steps outlined in clause 6.4 (b) in order to enter the promotion.
10.If an Eligible QuickPick is cancelled the entry will not be valid to enter this promotion.
11.All entries become the property of the Promoter.
7.Weekly Prize Draw:
1.There are three (3) Weekly Prize Draws during the Promotion Period. For each Weekly Prize draw there are seven (7) $5,000 cash prizes to be won. The total value of all the prizes in the Weekly Prize Draws in the promotion is $105,000.
2.The winning entries for the Weekly Prize Draws will be drawn randomly by computer on the dates and times set out in the Schedule in clause 6.3 above at 87 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba, Queensland.
3.Weekly Prize Draw winner: The first seven (7) valid entries drawn for each Promotional Week will win a prize subject to that entrant: (i) producing to the Promoter when requested photo identification or other identification acceptable to the Promoter which confirms that the entrant was 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase of the Eligible QuickPick relating to the entry drawn in the Weekly Prize Draw; and (ii) completing a statutory declaration signed by a Justice of the Peace confirming details about the entrant and their entry. The Promoter's decision as to the result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.Major Prize Draw:
1.There is one (1) Major Prize Draw in which one (1) winner will be drawn and will receive one (1) $100,000 cash prize.
2.The winning entry for the Major Prize Draw will be drawn randomly by computer on 24 February 2015 at 87 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba, Queensland.
3.Major Prize Draw winner: The first valid entry drawn will win the Major Prize subject to that entrant: (i) producing to the Promoter when requested photo identification or other identification acceptable to the Promoter which confirms that the entrant was 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase of the Eligible QuickPick relating to the entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw; and (ii) completing a statutory declaration signed by a Justice of the Peace confirming details about the entrant and their entry. The Promoter's decision as to the result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.Notification to prize winner: The Promoter will attempt to contact the Weekly Prize winners and the Major Prize winner within 14 days after each draw and their names may be published on the Promoter’s website. The Promoter may also announce or publish the initials and suburb or town of the prize winners in any media, including the Promoter's website.
10.Delivery of Prize: The prize will be delivered to the prize winner as soon as practicable after the draw by the Promoter. Any costs associated with collection of the prize will be met by the prize winner.
11.No right to transfer prize: The right to any of the prizes in this promotion are not transferable or assignable to another person.
12.Validity of entry: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry or disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. The decision to verify, validate or disqualify an entry is in the Promoter's absolute discretion.
13.Computer System Issues: No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, software or Internet difficulties, including any damage to an entrant's computer, resulting from participation in the promotion. Any costs associated with accessing or submitting entries are the entrant's responsibility.
14.Liability: The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to the promotion or a prize in the promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15.Force Majeure: If the Promoter is prevented from or delayed in performing an obligation by Force Majeure then the obligation is suspended during, but for no longer than, the period the Force Majeure continues and any further period that is reasonable in the circumstances. "Force Majeure" means an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which occurs without the fault or negligence of the Promoter.
16.Delay or modification to conduct of the promotion: Subject to obtaining the approval from the regulator (if applicable), the Promoter reserves the right to delay or modify any aspect of this promotion if for any reason it is not capable of running as planned (including without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures, power failures or due to any other causes unforeseen or beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity (including extracting the draw file) or proper conduct of the promotion) but only to the extent necessary to overcome the issue that is affecting the running of the promotion as planned.
17.Privacy: The Promoter Group is authorised to collect certain personal information for the purpose of entry into the Promotion under Schedule 9 of the Lotteries Rule 2010 QLD. By participating in the promotion, an entrant authorises the Promoter Group, and contractors and agents of the Promoter Group, to access, collect and use the personal information collected about the entrant, and disclose personal information about the entrant, to the Promoter Group and its contractors and agents (which may include disclosure to financial institutions, lawyers, auditors, IT service providers, mail service providers, marketing service providers, market research companies, selling agents) and gaming and other regulators, for the purposes of (i) conducting the promotion and (ii) providing the entrant with information about products and services of the Promoter Group. Such information may be provided electronically, or by contacting the entrant by telephone or other means, until such time as the entrant asks the Promoter not to provide further information. A prize winner may be asked by the Promoter to participate in publicity associated with the promotion. The prize winner will have the right to elect whether or not to participate in that publicity.
18.Failure to provide personal information: If an entrant does not provide the personal information requested, or if an entrant provides inaccurate information, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion and will not receive information about products and services of the Promoter Group. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at goldencasket.com, contains further information about how you may access and seek a correction of your personal information, how you may complain about privacy related matters and information about how your complaint will be dealt with.
