Biante Model Cars are very pleased to present our online customers with an opportunity to win a hot lap with the guys at Walkinshaw Racing.
Any V8 Supercar model car that is purchased online with us all summer, from Monday November 24th to Friday February 6th 2015 will be eligible to enter this competition. All you have to do is place your order then email us at
info@biante.com.au with "BIANTE HOT LAP PROMOTION" in the subject heading. Send us your full name, contact number, your order number and in 25 words or less, tell us why you would like to win a hot lap with Biante and Walkinshaw Racing. All the entries will be reviewed and the winner will be picked by the Biante team.
The winner will be notified personally with full information and specifics regarding the Hot Lap prize on Monday February 16 with a public winner announcement to be made on Friday February 20th. Please note that this promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only and entries are subject to our full Terms and Conditions which can be seen below.

Terms & Conditions:
By entering the Biante Win A V8 Hotlap with Walkinshaw Racing Competition, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Biante Pty Limited (ABN 51 067 134 409) of 8B Baling St, Cockburn Central WA 6164 (Promoter).
Eligibility:
3. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents (Eligible Entrants) excluding directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter.
4. Eligible Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of posting their entry. Minors are ineligible.
5. Eligible Entrants must be able to meet all of Walkinshaw Racing's necessary guidelines and safety restrictions. This includes (but isn't limited to) age, weight, height, medical and clothing restrictions in order to particiapte in the prize.
6. The promotion commences at 12 Midday (AWST) on 24 November, 2014 and closes at 12 Midnight (AWST) on 6 February, 2015 (Promotion Period).
Competition entry:
7. To enter the draw, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
i. purchase any 1:18th Scale V8 Supercar Diecast Model Car from the Biante Model Cars website;
ii. email
info@biante.com.au with “BIANTE HOT LAP PROMOTION” in the subject heading;
iii. submit your full name, contact number, order number and tell us in 25 words or less why you would like to win a hot lap with Biante and Walkinshaw Racing.
8. All entries must include the Entrant’s contact details including full name, email address and telephone number so they can be contacted if they are a prize winner.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by these terms and conditions, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not (in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter) in accordance with these terms and conditions. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, howsoever caused.
Judging:
12. The winner will be the most creative entry received by the Promoter.
13. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry received during the Promotion Period will be judged based on the creativity of the response.
14. Winner will be notified by phone or email by no later than 6:00pm (AWST) on Monday 16 February.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
The prize:
16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize. This includes the above eligiblity requirements and signing a relevant team and or V8 Supercar indemnity waiver before the hot lap and acknowledging that the promoter can not be held liable for any loss or damage, injury or death as a result of participating in the prize.
17. The prize consists of:
- Return economy airfares to the hot lap destination (to be disclosed) from your nearest Capital City for you and a friend on an airline of the promoters choosing if required.
- Accommodation for you and a friend in a twin share room for two nights at a hotel of the promoters choosing.
- One (1) Hot Lap in a V8 Supercar at the location and discretion of Walkinshaw Racing.
The total value of the prize will not exceed $5000.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
18. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
19. In the event of a prize winner being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter that they are a prize winner, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the Eligible Entrant whose entry was received next in time after the entries of other prize winners.
20. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
21. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.
22. The exclusion of liability in clause 21 does not apply to limit or exclude liability:
a) for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third party goods or services, which other than in connection with this promotion, are in the normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business; or
b) to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the manner contemplated
23. Biante collects personal information about entrants for the purpose of running this competition. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter’s decision in deciding who to award the prize to is final.
24. The exact date and location of where the prize will be carried out is subject to Walkinshaw Racing's 2015 ride day schedule which is yet to be finalised. The winner will be notified of all relevant information of when and where the prize will take place. The winner must be available during the alloted time and date of the hot lap when notified as this cannot be re-scheduled. If the winner is unable to make themselves available during the alloted time, a new winner will be picked.
