This is a game of skill. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Entry is only open to Australian residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agencies and companies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. To participate in the Competition, participants are required to like Crabtree & Evelyn Australia on facebook and click on the competition app or via
http://woobox.com/yoogqi to an answer the question "Tell us in 25 words or less how you will make 2015 your best year yet". You will also be required to provide your First and Last name, email addresses and telephone number
4. Participants are required to ensure that the information provided to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia for registration of the competition is valid, complete and accurate. In the event that such information is found to be invalid, incomplete and inaccurate, the participants will automatically be disqualified from the competition. Participants are required to inform Crabtree & Evelyn Australia of any changes to the information provided to Crabtree & Evelyn prior to the Closing Date (as hereinafter defined) by email to
askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.au 5. Participation in the competition shall be via the website on 23 January 2015 at 9AM EST ("Start Date"). All entries for the Competition must be submitted to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia via the website on or before 3rd February 2015 at 11.59PM EST ("Closing Date"). Participation in the Competition does not depend on the purchase of any merchandise, the use of any non-gratuitous services and/or the payment of any charges and/or user fees to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia.
6. To qualify for the competition, applicable persons must provide a valid email address and telephone number. The inability to get in contact with the winner within 24 hours will see the prize transferred to the next runner up.
7. There 5 winners nationally and 1 prize per winner to be won containing 5 items in total valued at $150 each. The total prize pool is equal to the value of $750. The prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
8. Entrants will be judged and five winners will be selected on 4th February 2015. The winner will be notified via email or telephone. The postal address of the winner will be requested and the Prize will be mailed to the advised address.
9. Crabtree & Evelyn Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Crabtree & Evelyn Australia who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Crabtree & Evelyn Australia, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Crabtree & Evelyn Australia. Crabtree & Evelyn Australia reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Crabtree & Evelyn Australia becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
10. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Crabtree & Evelyn Australia. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia at
