Entry is open to Evergreen Explorer Members and subscribers in Australia, aged 18 years and above only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies, travel agents linked to Evergreen Tours and their related corporate bodies are not eligible to enter this promotion.
The Promotion commences at 12.01 am AEST on Friday, November 21, 2014 and closes at 5pm ADST on Saturday 31 January 2015 (‘promotion period’).
To enter the promotion, participants must submit the online entry form (www.evergreentours.com/win) or email answer to ‘in 25 words or less where you would travel with Evergreen Tours and why’, with your name, address, phone number, and membership number to explorer@evergreentours.com during the promotion period. All eligible entries will be entered to the draw. Only one enter per member will be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
There is one prize which will be awarded to the most creative entry. The Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate Eligible Entrants’ entries. Entries will be judged on the creativity of answers given. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Winner will be decided by the 7/2/2015. Winner will be notified by telephone call and email on Friday, 7 February 2015.
The Grand Prize includes: $5,000AUD worth of travel credit with Evergreen Tours, to be used on any new booking on one of their available cruise tours.
Total maximum prize value of the Grand Prize is $5,000 which is correct at the time of publication. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value.
Redemption of grand prize must be booked by 31 December 2015. The Prize winner is recommended to book the Prize, via the Promoter.
The Prize cannot be refunded for cash, exchanged or transferred and cannot be used in conjunction with any Explorer member offers or Evergreen expert/direct discounts and group discounts. Is combinable with Earlybirds, Early Payment, Information Session Vouchers. The Prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of Evergreen Tours. See brochure for details.
The Prize does not cover any other travel costs incurred. Travel restrictions may apply. Some fees, charges and other personal expenses and travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and is not covered by the Promoter.
Any travel or entry documentation & arrival fees are the responsibility of the Winner. If for any reason the Winner is unable to accept the Prize as stated, and within the date indicated, the Winner will forfeit that Prize and no compensation will be given in lieu.
The Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner in the event of any entrant not claiming the Prize. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion,
(subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who
tampers with the entry process.
Evergreen Tours Pty Ltd collects personal information of entrants for the purpose of conducting and
promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining the winner). If you are not willing
for this to occur you cannot participate in the promotion.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter
is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by
website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or
by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter
