WIN A CAR COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ANYTIME FITNESS CLUBS AT ALBURY, ALBURY CITY, BOX HILL, BROKEN HILL, HASTINGS, KEILOR DOWNS, ROTHWELL, SHELLHARBOUR, SUNBURY, SYDENHAM and WODONGA
Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Purple Clubs Management Pty Ltd ATF Purple Clubs Unit Trust, ABN 57 499 395 203 of 71 Longueville Road, Lane Cove, NSW 2066 (“the Promoter”).
The competition commences on 26 January 2015. Entries close at 7:00pm on 27 March 2015 (“Competition Period”).
Participating Clubs are the Anytime Fitness® Clubs at Albury (NSW); Albury City (NSW), Box Hill (Vic) Broken Hill (NSW), Hastings (Vic), Keilor Downs (Vic), Rothwell (Qld), Shellharbour (NSW), Sunbury (Vic), Sydenham (Vic) and Wodonga (Vic) (See
http://www.anytimefitness.com.au for the precise locations of the Participating Clubs.)
Entry is open to (a) persons who become members of Participating Clubs (“New Members”) during the Competition Period and to (b) existing members of the Participating Clubs. Employees or contractors of the Promotor or of the Participating Clubs and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
New Members will be automatically credited with one entry into the draw upon joining provided they join for a minimum term of 12 months and pay a joining fee of at least $25 (the recommended joining fee is $99). The RRP of a 12 month membership is $755.40 ($62.95 pm) for metropolitan clubs and $719.40 ($59.95 pm) for regional clubs, plus $64.95 for an access card and a $99 joining fee. Total cost $919.35 (RRP) for metropolitan clubs and $883.35 (RRP) for regional clubs. Participating clubs are individually owned and operated so prices may vary from the RRP.
All members of the Participating Clubs will be automatically credited with one entry into the draw each time they introduce three new people including their contact details for the participating Club to contact to make an offer to take up Membership. There is no limit to the number of times a member may be credited with an entry (subject to the satisfaction of the conditions each time).
The draw will be conducted electronically 12 noon on 30 March 2015. It will take place at Anytime Fitness Keilor Downs, 80 Taylors Road, Keilor Downs, Victoria. There will be one winner.
The prize is a 2014 Suzuki Swift (manual) car and includes 12 months registration and on-road costs (some colour restrictions may apply). The prize is valued at $15,309 (RRP). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification subject to any requirements or instructions of a relevant regulatory authority.
The winner will be contacted by phone and e mail immediately following the draw and his or her name, suburb and club name will be published on the Facebook web sites of each Participating Club as well as in The Herald Sun (Vic); the Daily Telegraph (NSW) and the Courier Mail (Qld) newspapers 1 April 2015.
Each entrant agrees to their photograph, name, suburb and club being used by the Promoter for promotional purposes if they win. The Anytime Fitness privacy policy otherwise applies to all personal information see
http://www.anytimefitness.com.au/privacy The Promoter may conduct such further draws at 12 noon on 1 June 2015 at 80 Taylors Road, Keilor Downs, Victoria, to distribute the prize if it is unclaimed by that date. If there is a winner in the unclaimed prize draw they will be notified by phone and e mail immediately after the draw and their name, suburb and club name will be published in the same mediums set out in paragraph 11 (above), on 3 June 2015.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this competition or the awarding or use of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the prize. The winner should seek independent financial advice as to such implications.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence with respect to them.
