Sunday Cash Draws 6-9pm
1. The “Reef Break” promotion is conducted by Casinos Austria International
(Cairns) Pty Ltd, ACN 062 222 011 (“Casinos Austria”).
2. To enter the promotion you must be 18 years of age or older.
3. The promotion will run for 16 weeks and will commence at 9:00am on Monday
12th January 2015 and will conclude at 9:30pm on 3rd May 2015. It will consist
of 68 draws.
4. Your entry in the promotion will be subject to these rules and conditions.
Lodgement of a prize draw entry form will confirm your acceptance of these
rules and conditions.
5. To enter the promotion, you must first win on one of the selected bets listed
on the “Reef Break” table presenters, stay at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino or
spend $20 or more on any one occasion at Tamarind Restaurant or Flinders Bar
& Grill. You must then complete an entry form and lodge it in the designated
prize barrel situated inside the Casino.
6. Every Sunday during the promotional period, there will be 4 x hourly draws from
approximately 6:00pm – 9:00pm inclusive. 4 x mini surfboards mounted on a
large surfboard, will each have a cash amount located on its back. If your name
is drawn from the barrel, you will be asked to choose one of the mini surfboards.
This surfboard will be flipped over to reveal the cash prize won. Cash prizes will
consist of 2 x $1,000 | 1 x $1,500 | 1 x $2,500. Weekly cash prizes will total -
$6,000. Total weekly cash prizes for this promotion will total $96,000.
7. Any winning ticket for the cash draws will be returned to the barrel for the
monthly major draws conducted on the 8th February, 8th March, 5th April and
3rd May 2015.
8. The first major draw will be conducted at 9:30pm on Sunday 8th February 2015
for a getaway to Bedarra Island Resort - 3 night’s accommodation in The Point
with all meals, standard beverages and specified activities included RRP $5,370.
Accommodation is to be booked by the winner with Bedarra Island Resort 4068
8233. Return transport from Cairns to Bedarra Island Resort will be by helicopter
via Nautilus Aviation RRP $3,630. Bookings to be made by the winner on 4034
9000. A cash component of $2,500 will be given to the winner on the night
of the draw via the Cash Desk. The total of this prize package is $11,500. All
tickets in the barrel will be destroyed at conclusion of this draw.
9. A second major draw will be conducted at 9:30pm on Sunday 8th March 2015
for a Sea-Doo 130GTI including a Jet Ski Full Roller Trailer and Registration RRP
$17,306. All tickets in the barrel will be destroyed at conclusion of this draw.
10. A third major draw will be conducted at 9:30pm on Sunday 5th April 2015 for a
Stacer 429 SeaWay including Trailer and Registration RRP $27,995. All tickets in
the barrel will be destroyed at conclusion of this draw.
11. The fourth and final major draw will be conducted at 9:30pm on Sunday 3rd May
2015 for an Amp’d Jeep Wrangler Sport 2Dr Manual including Dual Top Group
Renegade Pack, Dealer Delivery and Registration RRP $40,157 Driveaway. All
tickets in the barrel will be destroyed at conclusion of this draw.
12. It may take up to 5 business days for administration procedures before delivery
of a major prize can be completed. By entering this promotion you agree to these
terms.
13. If your entry form is drawn from the prize barrel, your name will be announced.
To be eligible to claim your prize, you must be present at the draw when your
name is called and must then produce identification within 3 minutes of your
name being announced. Documentation may include your Reef Club Card
and / or any form of ID issued by a Government or financial institution that is
acceptable to Casinos Austria. Any prize not claimed within 3 minutes of the
announcement will be re-drawn.
14. No major prize in this promotion is redeemable for a RRP equivalent in cash
by The Reef Hotel Casino. The $2,500 cash component of the Getaway prize
will be paid directly to the winner. The Bedarra Island Resort Package may
not be exchanged for cash, as per Bedarra Island Resort & Nautilus Aviation
Management. Transactions or enquiries made in relation to any vehicles
once they have been won must be made directly between the winner and the

15. Casinos Austria cannot guarantee that announcements can be heard in all
parts of the main gaming floor or level 2 gaming area at all times during draw
announcements.
16. Entry forms will not be replaced if lost. To be valid, only one name - being a
natural person, along with the person’s Reef Club Member Number and / or
current address that can be verified by ID must be entered on each entry form.
17. By accepting a prize in this promotion you consent to the publication of your
name and / or photo in any form of media and you agree to participate in any
reasonable promotion requested by Casinos Austria or The Reef Hotel Casino.
18. Officers and employees of The Reef Hotel Casino or Pullman Reef Hotel Casino
are not eligible to enter the promotion.
19. Eligibility to enter and / or to claim a prize in the promotion is at the sole
discretion of Casinos Austria whose decision shall be final. No correspondence
will be entered into.
20. All entry forms remain the property of Casinos Austria.
21. The laws of the state of Queensland will govern this promotion.
