1. The “Cash Marathon” promotion is conducted by Casinos
Austria International (Cairns) Pty Ltd, ACN 062 222 011
(“Casinos Austria”).
2. To enter the promotion you must be 18 years of age or older.
3. The promotion will commence at 9:00am on Thursday 1st
January 2015 and will conclude at 5:00pm on Thursday 31st
December 2015. It will consist of a number of draws each
Thursday during that period.
4. Your entry in this promotion will be subject to these rules and
conditions. Your lodgement of a prize draw entry form will
confirm your acceptance of these rules and conditions.
5. To enter the promotion, you must be a Reef Club member and
earn 50 bonus points on a Thursday between 9:00am and
5:00pm. You must then swipe your membership card at the
entrance terminal on that same Thursday to automatically
receive an entry form. Member’s details and date will be
automatically printed on the entrance terminal entry form.
Limit of 1 valid swipe per Thursday. You are responsible for
redeeming your entry form from the entrance terminal and
placing it into the correct barrel provided.
6. Each Thursday at 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm,
3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm and 5:00pm, there will be a draw
for $250. If your name is announced, you will have 3 minutes
to claim the “Cash Marathon” prize. You must then produce
identification acceptable to Casinos Austria. If your name
is announced and you are not present at a draw, the “Cash
Marathon” prize will be redrawn every 3 minutes until the
prize is claimed.
7. The barrel will be emptied after the final draw each Thursday.
Entry forms are only valid on the day of issue.
8. Prize draw entry forms are not transferable and will not be
replaced if lost.
9. By accepting a prize in the “Cash Marathon” promotion, you
consent to the publication of your name and/or photograph
in any form of media and you agree to participate in any
reasonable promotion requested by Casinos Austria or The
Reef Hotel Casino.
10. The laws of the state of Queensland will govern this
promotion.
11. Officers and employees of The Reef Hotel Casino, Casinos
Austria or Pullman Reef Hotel Casino are not eligible to enter
the promotion.
12. Eligibility to enter and/or to claim a prize in the promotion is
at the sole discretion of Casinos Austria whose decision shall
be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
