February Terms and Conditions of Entry – Saint Patrick’s Day Racing
Information on how to claim prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entrants are required to meet the entry criteria outlined in Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is open to Victorian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Market Square Shopping Centre) and Saint Patrick’s Day Racing Club (Geelong Racing Club) are ineligible to enter.
The prize will not be awarded to anyone aged under 18 and if the promoter is unsure, a valid identification must be provided to claim the prize. If the winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to a relevant parent or legal guardian.
To enter eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period, undertake the following steps:

www.facebook.com/MarketSquareSC To be considered a valid entry a valid name, email address, suburb, DOB and mobile number must be provided.
Entrants will also receive a bonus entry for each user that clicks and enters the competition from an entrant’s shared link.
Only one entry per valid email is allowed.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Promotion commences 28 January 2015 at 10am and closes 9am 2 March 2015.
The winners will be drawn randomly at Market Square Shopping Centre Management on the 2 March 2015 at 10am and notified on the same day by phone. If a winner cannot be notified by 5pm on 4 March 2015, a new winner will be drawn.
There is one (1) prize which consists of 4 passes to the Saint Patrick’s Day Racing Luncheon, inclusive of entry, 3 course meal and beverage package.
The prize is valued at $460.
Prize is valid for 14 March 2015.
Winner’s name will be published on the Market Square website and other social media outlets operated by Market Square Shopping Centre at the discretion of the promoter (Market Square).
Winners agree that photos may be taken for promotional use at the discretion of Market Square Shopping Centre for the use of promotion.
All eligible entrants will be joined up to the Market Square VIP Club Membership program and will receive marketing communications from Market Square. Your details will not be passed onto a third party except as directed under the Privacy Act.
Prize must be collected by the winner or an authorized representative nominated by the winner within a month of the prize being awarded from Market Square Shopping Centre Management, Level 1, Corner Moorabool & Malop Streets, Geelong, Victoria. If prize is not collected within one month of notification, the prize is voided.
Failure to use the prize forfeits the prize and the promoter or its associated agencies take no responsibility for loss, damage or unused prizes.
If the winner is unable to comply with the competition’s terms and conditions, then they forfeit the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any entrant.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the offer.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter will use the personal information provided in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be found at
