'Fury' Blu-Ray DVD Giveaway1. This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia Pty Limited ABN 39 152 425 735 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the“Promoter”).
2. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
3. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 13 years or over. It is assumed that entrants are 13 years of age or over as they have a registered Facebook account and are adhering correctly to the Facebook platform terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to request any entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees and immediate families of Universal Sony and Sony Mobile Australia and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
5. The Promotion commences at 12:00 (EST) on Thursday 29th January 2015,
and ends at 23:59hrs (EST) on Thursday 5th February 2015.6. The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.

www.facebook.com/sonymobileaustralia and requires entrants to answer the following "Simply tell us by commenting below what your favourite Brad Pitt film is and why?"
8. The Competition Question answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
9. Ten (10) answers to the Competition Question deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as winners of a Prize available in the Promotion.
10. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

An Entrant's entry must not be, without limitation: a) Late; b) Delayed; c) Incomplete; d) Incomprehensible; e) Unlawful; f)Obscene; g) Defamatory; h) Libellous; i) Threatening; j) Pornographic; k)Harassing; l) Hateful; m) Racially or ethnically offensive; n) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence; o) Capable of violating any law; and/or p) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.
13. The Promoter may make copies of or publish any entry in any form or media.
14. There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.

17. The judging will take place on Friday 6th February 2015 at the Promoter's offices located at Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
18. The winners will be contacted by Facebook comment through the specific post.
20. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 48 hours of judging, their Prize will be forfeited.
21. You must supply your full name and Australian state of residence in response to the promoters comment for your prize claim to be valid.
22. Total Prize Pool is ten (10) x Fury Blu Ray DVD. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value, specifications or individual components of the Prize.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
24. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
