For the Major Prize Draws (see Entry Mechanic), groupings (Groupings) for the Promotion are:

To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period: 1. purchase in one transaction, any combination of
TWO (2) of the following products (any bottle/pack size) from a participating Woolworths store or Woolworths Online: Gatorade (including powder), Pepsi or Schweppes carbonated soft drink product (including Traditionals, Solo, Sunkist, Mountain Dew, 7Up, Passiona), Smith’s branded potato chips (including Smith’s Crinkle, Popped, Thinly Cut or MAXX), Doritos, Sunbites, Grainwaves, or Red Rock Deli Chips (not all varieties available all stores) (Qualifying Purchase); then
2. visit the Website to complete the entry form including name, email address, contact number, postcode, last five digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcodes and the unique code from the Woolworths receipt (if purchase is from a store) or order invoice number (if purchase is online).
For the avoidance of doubt:
• a Qualifying Purchase can be comprised of two (2)
bottles of soft drink or two packs of chips, or one (1)
bottle of soft drink and one (1) pack of chips; and
• a product is considered to be one (1) product if it
appears only once on a receipt. For example a Gatorade multipack (4 X 600ml bottles) that appears once on a receipt/order invoice, is one (1) product only.
Instant Win Component:
There are 57 Instant Win Prizes to be randomly awarded
(except in the circumstances set out in clauses (b) & (c)) during the Promotion Period.
(a) 57InstantWinPrizewinningtimeslotsforthe Promotion Period (one (1) for each day of the Promotion Period) will be randomly determined prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period (Winning Time Slot). The first valid entry received at or after each Winning Time Slot in the Promotion Period will “instantly win” the Instant Win Prize.
(b) If there is no valid and eligible entry received by the Promoter at or after a Winning Time Slot, then:
(i) the Winning Time Slot will lapse;
(ii) there will be no “instant” winner of an Instant Win Prize for the relevant Winning Time Slot; and
(iii) the Instant Win Prize allocated to that Winning Time Slot will be reallocated to the next Winning Time Slot together with a further Instant Win Prize for that Winning Time Slot. (In such circumstances it is possible for there to be multiple winners in a Winning Time Slot.)
(c) If there is no valid and eligible entry received by the Promoter at or after the final Winning Time Slot, the Instant Win Prize allocated to that Winning Time Slot will be allocated to the last valid entry received before the final Winning Timeslot. All Instant Win Prizes will be distributed.
Major and Minor Prize Draw Component:
There are a total of six (6) weekly prize draws with major prizes (Major Prizes) and minor prizes (Minor Prizes) to be won, each week during the Promotion Period.
Major and Minor Prize Draws will be conducted at 10:00am (AEDT) on the dates detailed in Table 1 below. Draws to award Major Prizes will be conducted first, followed by draws to award Minor Prizes.
Entries will be categorised by Grouping. Subject to the details noted below (see Table 1), all entries received up until 9:59am on the day of the Major and Minor Prize Draws will be included in that week’s draws.
Major Prizes:
There are a total of 40 Major Prizes to be won across Australia:
• six (6) Major Prizes to be won in NSW/ACT;
• seven (7) Major Prizes to be won in Vic/Tas;
• nine (9) Major Prizes to be won in SA/NT;
• nine (9) Major Prizes to be won in WA; and
• nine (9) Major Prizes to be won in Qld.
Minor Prizes:
Only entrants in Vic/Tas and NSW/ACT are eligible to win Minor Prizes (see Table 1).
There are a total of 49 Minor Prizes to be won:
• 26 Minor Prizes in Vic/Tas; and
• 23 Minor Prizes in NSW/ACT.
Major Prizes:
As detailed below, there is one (1) Major Prize to be won in
each eligible Grouping in each Major Prize Draw.
The first one (1) valid entry randomly drawn from each eligible Grouping each week will win a Major Prize (see Table 1).
Minor Prizes:
The first valid entries randomly drawn from the eligible Grouping(s) will each win a Minor Prize (see Table 1).

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to Clause 31 and the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase; (b) a maximum of three (3) entries will be accepted per household per day; (c) a maximum of three (3) entries will be accepted per receipt (regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases featured on that receipt; (d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (e) unrecognised receipt numbers will be deemed invalid.
Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including but not limited to the use of a competition entry service, will be void.
Entrants must retain a copy of store receipt(s) or order invoice(s) (Promotional Materials) as proof of purchase
for all entries. Failure to provide the Promotional Materials when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize. Where applicable, store purchase receipt(s) and/or order invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

Each Major Prize is a trip for two (2) people to attend an ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 match on the specified date (see Table 4) in the specified city (either Melbourne (Major MCG prize) or Sydney (Major SCG prize)) and comprises:
• two (2) night’s accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel for two (2) people (standard room; twin share; as specified by the Promoter) including breakfast;
• one (1) double pass to the Fan Stand at the applicable cricket ground on the specified date (see Table 4) including selected food and beverages; and
• AU$200 spending money.
Where a winner does not live in Melbourne or Sydney (as applicable), the prize also includes:
• two return economy class airfares, including flight
related taxes, from the winner’s nearest capital city to
either Melbourne or Sydney; and
• return transfers (airport/hotel).

Minor prizes:
Each minor prize is one (1) double pass to the Fan Stand at the applicable cricket ground (either Melbourne (Minor MCG
prize) or Sydney (Minor SCG prize)) to attend an ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 match on the specified date (see Table 4) including selected food and beverages. Winners of minor prizes are responsible for all of their own costs (including travel and accommodation) as and when these are incurred.
Each Minor Prize is valued at $3,500 (inc GST).

Major and Minor Prizes must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter. No extension will be permitted.
Where a person participating or nominated to participate in the prize is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.
Prior to participating in a Major or Minor Prize, the winner and participant are required to sign an indemnity and waiver of liability in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties. Where a participant is a minor, the indemnity and waiver must be provided by his or her parent/guardian. The required indemnity and waiver must be signed prior to participation and a failure to sign will invalidate a winning entry.
Where not specified in prize details, meals, taxes, insurance, transfers and any other ancillary costs, including any costs associated with transport etc from the winner’s place or places of residence to attend the match are the responsibility of the winner.
Neither the Promoter nor the companies and agencies associated with the ICC Cricket World Cup accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of the match for any reason beyond their control.
Further, ICC Development (International) Limited (IDI) will not be liable if it changes the schedule of matches comprising the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 which it may do so in its absolute discretion. Neither the Promoter nor IDI shall be responsible for any such eventuality and the winner undertakes not to claim any compensation from the Promoter or IDI in this regard.
By entering this Promotion entrants agree to comply, and
ensure that each subsequent holder complies, with the conditions which accompany tickets won in conjunction with the Promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with any conditions of entry into the venue.

In the event that a Major or Minor Prize winner is unable to take the prize on the specified date, or has not claimed the prize by 5:00pm (AEDT) on the date specified in Table 4, or has not confirmed their availability to take the prize on the specified dates by 5:00pm (AEDT) on the date specified in Table 4, then the Major or Minor Prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw at 10:00am (AEDT) on the date specified in Table 7 at the same location as the original draw to distribute the prize, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority.
