By entering the Sunrise ‘GET HITCHED IN HAWAII’ Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years old where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Hilton Hotels, Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii, Jetstar Airways Limited and their associated agencies, sponsors and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 2 February 2015 at 6.00am AEDT and concludes on Monday 9 February 2015 at 11.59pm AEDT.
3.2 In order to enter the competition, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on the Seven Network between Monday 2 February 2015 and Monday 9 February 2015 (inclusive) where Sunrise will promote the Competition on selected days during the Competition Period.
3.3 To enter, entrants can access the entry form located at yahoo7.com.au/sunrise between Monday 2 February 2015 at 6.00am AEDT to Monday 9 February 2015 at 11.59pm AEDT, complete the entry form, and press submit. The entry must include entrants name, address, state, postcode and daytime contact telephone number (including STD area code) and YouTube URL address with their uploaded video, answering the question ‘Tell us your love story’, plus an image of the bride and groom.
3.4 Entries must be received Monday 9 February 2015 at 11.59pm AEDT.
3.5 Entries are limited to one entry per person.
3.6 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant; and
(b) free from any claims, including copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.7 Entry details remain the property of the Promoters and will not be returned to the entrant. The winners agree to grant the Promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.8 Entries will not be accepted via phone, SMS, fax and mail – only online.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be a total of one (1) major prize winner of the competition. The prize includes:

Total Travel Prize Value $47,467.82 Accommodation
4.2 Wedding accommodation is based on 4 nights in the Presidential Suite at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, for two adults, twin share IN: 8 March and OUT: 12 March.
4.3 Accommodation prizes are not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash. Prize must be redeemed within the validity period or prize will be forfeited. If the prize is transferred it will be forfeited. Any additional incidental charges such as meals (other than those specified), mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, etc., charged to your room are at your expense and should be settled prior to departure.
4.4 A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winners and guests at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
Wedding inclusions
4.5 The wedding ceremony and reception prize secures you the services of Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii to arrange and/or provide products and services required for the upcoming wedding on either Wednesday 11 March 2015 or Thursday 12 March 2015 (the date will be confirmed in consideration of the Sunrise production schedule by no later than Monday 2 March 2015) for the bride and groom and up to 20 guests. Any additional products, services and options requested by you that are not included in the prize, will be individually quoted upon request, and all costs incurred in the supply of those additional products, services and options will be payable by you.
4.6 The ceremony location will be chosen by the Sunrise production team in coordination with the prize provider, Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii, and is at their total discretion. Final decision regarding all decoration, theming, set up, locations and visual items is at the sole discretion of Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii and the Sunrise production team.
4.7 The wedding ceremony will be broadcast live on Sunrise during their outside broadcast on either Wednesday 11 March 2015 or Thursday 12 March 2015.
4.8 Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii reserves the right to supply an alternative product or service in place of a prize inclusion should that prize inclusion be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances or foreseeable factors such as weather, timing changes etc. You understand that Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii may pass your personal information onto other suppliers associated with the planning of your wedding, and that from time to time, however only where necessary, these suppliers may contact you directly for more information regarding your requirements. You understand that the prize does not guarantee the availability of other products and services you may require which are not included in the prize, however where possible, we will ensure your preferred options can be supplied as part of your wedding, at the relevant additional price. All prize inclusions are not transferrable, subject to availability, and not redeemable for cash.
4.9 As a condition of accepting the photography & video package, you understand Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii or company’s chosen by Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii may utilise the photographs and video footage taken at your wedding, ceremony and reception within the context of but not limited to promotional, display, competition and advertising material. E.g. website, newspaper or magazine features and adverts and AIPP professional photography and video competitions. You understand HIW may need to provide your contact details to publications who may wish to contact you to gather information for a story or editorial to accompany your images. You understand that you agree to your photos and video footage being displayed on our online gallery and Facebook for family and friends to view soon after the wedding.
Wedding Reception
4.10 The wedding reception will be held on either Wednesday 11 March 2015 or Thursday 12 March 2015 for the bride and groom and up to 20 guests. Lunch is provided to the value of US$284 per head for up to 22 guests.
4.11 The reception location will be chosen by the Sunrise production team, Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel and Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii, and is at their total discretion. Final decision regarding all decoration, theming, set up, locations and visual items is at the sole discretion of Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii and the Sunrise production team. Further terms and conditions apply and are available on request.
Flights
4.12 If the prize winner, companion or guests are from a regional area, travel arrangements to and from the nearest capital city airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
4.13 The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be taken in parts. Air tickets will not be exchanged for another destination.
4.14 Flights offered as part of the prize in Clause 4.1 must be redeemed to coincide with the wedding in Hawaii, and cannot be used at any other time in the future.
4.15 The prize winner and their nominated travel companion must travel together on all flights. Seats will not be exchanged for another destination.
4.16 All flights are subject to booking and flight availability and must be taken to coincide with the specified dates.
4.17 The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the ticket. Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, inflight entertainment taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prize-winner and their companion. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Prize travel is subject to Jetstar’s General Conditions of Carriage available at

4.20 After tickets have been booked and confirmed, any travel variations are subject to approval by Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd (Jetstar). Any additional costs incurred due to travel variations are the winner’s responsibility.

Honeymoon Cruise
4.22 The prize includes a 7 day Inter-Island Hawaii Cruise for two people twin share in a Balcony cabin onboard the Pride of America departing Honolulu on 14 March 2015.
4.23 The prize includes all port charges and taxes, most main meals (except speciality dining), entertainment and activities.
4.24 No transfers to and from the ship will be will be arranged and will be at the cost of the prize winner. No flights are included and will be at the expense of the prize winner.
4.25 Additional items purchased aboard the ship are not included in the cruise fare and will not be covered in the cost of the prize.
4.26 The Cruise Line may wish to alter the itinerary from what has been originally promoted, to which Jetstar Cruises has no control over.
4.27 This prize is non transferable and non refundable and can not be redeemed for cash. The cruise is unable to be changed to another date and prize winner must travel on the stipulated date.
4.28 Failure to claim prize and submit names prior to 15th February 2015 will result in the loss of the prize. Travel insurance is recommended and is the responsibility of the prize winner to arrange. Passport costs will not be covered and is the responsibility of the prize winner to arrange with more than a 6 month validity date needed.

General
4.37 All prize elements are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed to coincide with the Sunrise wedding which will take place on either Wednesday 11 March 2015 or Thursday 12 March 2015 or prize will be forfeited. If the prize is transferred it will be forfeited. No cash credit will be issued for any unused portion of a prize. Karissma by Best Bridal Hawaii, Hilton Hotels and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance. Further terms and conditions apply and are available on request.
4.38 The winners are responsible for all other expenses including wedding related expenses (unless specified) spending money, vaccinations, in-room charges, taxes, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
4.39 Prize value is correct as at the date of printing and includes fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.40 Prize values are quoted as maximum values in $AUD based on currency exchange rates as at 31.1/15. There will be no credit given between the actual cost of fulfilling the prize elements and the maximum values quotes in clause 4.1.
4.41 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.42 If the prize is forfeited no cash credit will be issued for any unused option of a prize.
4.43 Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
4.44 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate with the Promoter and the Sponsor as required in all editorial and promotional activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners agree to grant to the Promoter a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.45 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.46 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) entry judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter to be the most creative and/or original from the national pool received. All entries will be judged at on Tuesday 12 February 2015 at Sunrise office at 52 Martin Place, Sydney, NSW 2000. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5.2 The judges’ decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.3 The winner will be announced no later than Friday 27 February 2015.
5.3 Incomprehensible and illegible or entries without a valid URL link will be deemed invalid.
5.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize
and prize supplier’s requirements.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form
determined by the Promoter and the Sponsor, as the case may be, in their absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms.

6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, the Sponsors and its franchisees and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the judging;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won or connected with their entry into the competition; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion

6.7 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
