South Bank Win Dinner and Parking CompetitionBy entering the eat South Bank 2015 – Win Dinner and Parking competition (valued at $18,340), (the "Competition"), you accept the following terms and conditions:
Competition Terms and Conditions
Definitions For the purposes of these Competition Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
"Major Prize" means the major prize described in paragraph 11.
"Mandatory Information" means the information that must be provided by you in order to be eligible for the Competition, as detailed in paragraph 6 below.
"Participating Retailers" mean the participating retailers providing vouchers for the Competition, as described further in paragraph 11 below, and who are selected at the discretion of the Promoter.
"Promoter" means South Bank Corporation ABN 95 927 817 538, Ground Floor, South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, South Brisbane Qld 4101.
Competition Dates
The Competition commences at 8:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 2 February 2015
and finishes at 5:00pm on Monday 30 March 2015. The Promoter must receive all entries by 5:00pm (AEST) on Monday 30 March 2015. Late entries will not be accepted.
Who Can Enter
Entry is open to all Queensland residents over 18 years of age. Entry must be by an individual, not a company or other organisation.
Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prizes) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How To Enter
To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must subscribe to receive South Bank enewsletters by completing the entry form online via the South Bank’s website or Facebook page. To enter, go to the following website,

For an entry to be valid, it must complete these required fields – your first and last name, email address, postcode, daytime telephone number, and your three (3) favourite South Bank retailers. ("Mandatory Information"). If you do not supply all of the Mandatory Information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
You may only enter the Competition once. Any person who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or the Competition Terms and Conditions is not eligible to win the Major Prize.
If an entry is incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible, or a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Terms and Conditions, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Promoter reserves the right to discard that entrant’s entry and proceed as if that entrant had not entered the Competition. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Selection of the Winner
All valid entries will go into a draw. The Promoter will draw the Winner randomly on Tuesday 31 March 2015 by 5.00pm (AEST). The Winner will be contacted via phone and email. If the Winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of being contacted by the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid and another entry will be drawn. The Winner will also be published on eat South Bank’s website and Facebook page.
Major Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize. The Major Prize is dinner and parking for a year at South Bank to the value of $18,340, inclusive GST. The prize includes the following:
52 x $100 dining vouchers, inclusive GST, from selected South Bank Participating Retailers, total value $5,200;
