CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is ACCO Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 311, Rosebery, NSW 2019, ABN: 16 000 264 047.
The Promotion commences at 16.00pm AEDT on 10 February 2015 and closes at 17.00pm AEDT on 10 March 2015 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” the Marbig Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz then accurately complete an online entry form on the Marbig Facebook page, answering the question “What is your Ultimate Career Goal for 2015?” in 25 words or less, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.

Judging will take place on 11 March 2015 at 11.00am (AEDT) at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The judges will select the Prize Winners based on the creativity and originality of their entry. The Winner will be contacted via phone or email within two days of being judged the winner. The Winner will be announced on the Marbig Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz within one week of being judged the winner.
This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.
